Hallo Liste,
SuSE 9.2 erkennt meine Samsung ATA-100 IDE Platte nicht am Promise SATA
Kontroller (PDC20378), obwohl im BIOS die Platte korrekt erkannt wird.
Ich fahe den Rechner im IDE und nicht im RAID Mode.
Sata_promise Modul wird beim Kontrollercheck in Yast auch gefunden und
ist auch in mkinitrd eingetragen.

Ich hab alle möglichen Kombination in der Bootreihenfolge ausprobiert.
Keine Änderung
