[opensuse-kde] kdevelop-4.6 does not work (long)

HI guys, kdevelop-4.6 doesn not work on os 12.2 with kde-10.5. Console ouput: kdevelokdevelop(4152) KDevNinjaBuilderPlugin::KDevNinjaBuilderPlugin: Ninja plugin installed but ninja is not installed. kdevelop(4152)/kdevplatform (shell) KDevelop::PluginController::loadPluginInternal: "Plugin 'Compilatore progetto Ninja' could not be loaded correctly and was disabled. Reason: ." kdevelop(4152) KDevNinjaBuilderPlugin::KDevNinjaBuilderPlugin: Ninja plugin installed but ninja is not installed. kdevelop(4152)/kdevplatform (shell) KDevelop::PluginController::loadPluginInternal: "Plugin 'Compilatore progetto Ninja' could not be loaded correctly and was disabled. A popup appear with the io-slave error. Why for the hell samba is involved in starting kdevelop ?? I wiped out all related files in my home but nothing, always the same... [opensuse-kde] plasma-nm in KDE:Release:412

[opensuse-kde] KR412 and dependencies (libIlmImf,...)

[opensuse-kde] 12.2/4.10.5 broken panel when panning Xorg enabled

host gx27b radeon rv200 gfxchip A major reason to still be using 12.2 is that panning is broken in >12.1[1], restored in 12.2 (but not later) only via home:/bjoernv:/branches:/openSUSE:/12.2/Update/standard repo which I have enabled on systems requiring panning. With any resolution I set, e.g. 1600x1200 or 1920x1440, enabling panning in Xorg (e.g. 1920x1200 or 2560x1440) causes the (normal on bottom location) panel controls to be inaccessible, its height to be about ~6px, with its top near expected location (30px-50px above bottom of screen), with the desktop background showing below the 6px of panel that is showing. Panel moved to top of screen works normally. If while panning is enabled I try to move it to the bottom, motion while attempting the move is erratic and unpredictable, but if I only attempt to drag it below the middle instead of nearly to its expected landing point, it lands at approximately its height less ~6px above the bottom. Normal bottom located panel is restored by disabling panning. With top panel, fullscreen apps nevertheless behave as expected. KDE3's Kicker at bottom works normally with panning enabled. Normally I would file a bug, but IIUC 12.2 only has a month or so of support left, and I likely can make do with a top panel, though I really don't like any top panel, finding the proximity of app menu controls so close to the desktop controls very uncomfortable. [opensuse-kde] Akonadi and kmail KDE 4.11.4 on oS 12.3

On openSUSE 12.3, I just updated to KDE 4.11.4, and now kmail won't run. Seems Akonadi is not happy: # akonadictl status D-Bus session bus is not available! Seems iffy. yep, me too.. three failed starts for kmail, i've now disabled nepomuk, logged out and logged back in again and its working. Please note this bug I did report through konqi, maybe you file a bug report to see if they are duplicates or not, mainly because of the comment received (dbus is not running?) and because on that account (where crashing) I have my kmail running. That was with a new install (from scratch no mixing) of 13.1 and what you have here seems going in the same direction (for my admittedly scarce comprehension of backtraces). Just a suggestion. [opensuse-kde] KMail: Removing addresses from "contacts found in your data"

When composing a new message in KMail, the "To" field can be retrieved from either the Address Book OR "Contacts found in your data". Is there a way to delete addresses from the "Contacts found in your data"? I am constantly getting addresses appearing which are years old and obsolete, which is annoying and slows me down. [opensuse-kde] Problem connecting ktp to jabber accounts since update to 13.1

Hi, since the update to opensuse 13.1 I have the problem that I can not any more connect to my jabber/xmpp accounts using KDE Telepathy. I have two individual accounts at different jabber servers. The error message is something like "The service is unavailable" (translated from German). The Google talk account works however. When connecting with kopete, I have no problems. Does anyone have the same problems or can tell me what I can try to further analize/solve the problem?
