[opensuse-kde] mouse gets stuck at the right bottom corner

I have OpenSuse 11.4 with KDE 4.6.4. If I move the mouse to the right bottom corner it gets stuck there for about 2 to 3 seconds in a rectangular field. After this 2 to or 3 seconds it is possible to move it out of this 2cm by 1cm rectangle field. [opensuse-kde] SC 4.7 with Kontact 4.4?
