Hi. It seems to me the machine running prepare_split.sh script has some encoding issues. For instance, see base2.pot: #. description(xorg-x11-driver-video-nouveau) msgid "" "The nouveau project aims to build high-quality, open source drivers for " "nVidia cards. âNouveauâ [nuvo] is the French word for ânewâ." Some characters are not even pastable in here, but there should be «» signs instead of â. [opensuse-translation] Avoid newlines (\n) in update-desktop-files

Hi guys, please avoid newlines (\n) in the update-desktop-files*.po files, even if the comment strings are rather long. Hard-coded newlines will break our packaging scripts and probably clutter the GUI. ATM, lcn/cs/po/update-desktop-files-kde-services.cs.po seems to be affected. If time permits, please fix it. Hi, I noticed a problem wth a commit using vertaal for french but other languages could be affected, so be careful! Hi, I just found some weird messageid in lcn/update-desktop-files-apps.xx.po. Phrase #255 is "Comment=Configure your Guake sessions". Hi, I'm from Brazil and I'd like to use openSUSE in Esperanto. It's not available yet so I ask you to make it possible. [opensuse-translation] svn update?

Hello, I try to get the new messages for translating to Khmer via svn update, but I got nothing new from that command line: https://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/opensuse-i18n/trunk/yast/km/po https://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/opensuse-i18n/trunk/lcn/km/po And I looked at the http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/trunk/km/index.php and noticed that there are 506 messages need to be translated and 1481 fuzzy messages need to be reviewed. Could someone please get me to solve this issue? Thanks for your response!
