So, I'm playing bit with <https://github.com/V-Z/translate-po-openai-api> and it seems it's working well. I can download PO file, let ChatGPT translate it, and upload to Weblate as proposal. So main manual part is checking and correcting the translation (either in Lokalize or so or in Weblate). The only problem is that the API access is paid. I got some credit when starting ChatGPT Plus (it expires soon anyway, so I don't care). I'm not sure how exactly it's counting the tokens, but almost 2700 strings costed little below 3$. Not bad. release-notes-opensuse/leap_15-5 repo shows merge issue alert in weblate

Hi, there is an issue in Leap 15.5 Release notes repository for weblate [0]. There is a merge conflict in po/ca.po. This makes the repository locked and no translations can be done.
