Yesterday we updated the yast .pot files and I run a merge. Today I'm
running update-desktop-files. Please, take a look whether erverthing is
ok.
Thus far nothing is frozen. Expect continued strings changes while 11.2
still takes place.

Hello,
Just in case I have missed something.
The "official" translation rounds for openSUSE 11.2 have not started yet?
Cheers

I would like to start Belarusian language translation of openSUSE.
I see as that coordinator listed for Belarusian Language is Denis
Gavrik. His email address denizz(a)telecom.by is not responding. It
comes backup as none existing email. The information on the page about
starting translation (
http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Localization_Guide) is not enough for
me. I'm fairly technical, but I need someone to "hold my hand" at
first so I can start the project going.
When I understand the way it needs to be done I can connect other
people who could help with actual terminology translation into
Belarusain language. But before that myself needs to be "educated"
first.
Could someone can get in touch with me?
Thanks,
Aleh

Hello, My name is Alexander Melentiev.
For almost a year I translate openSUSE to russian. For at least six
months I am the only guy doing this. So there's a tiny problem:
Russian "team" coordinator Alexey Osipov is really collaborative when
you are able to communicate with him, but this is not always possible.
Since his job is really time-consuming and includes trips to other
cities, where he is unable to check email and therefore commit my
translations, it creates some difficulties in translation process:
several times I waited for commit for 2-3 weeks, during which the
template update took place, creating revision conflicts, which I had
to solve manually to try to send them in again.
Since there is still plently of work to do and I don't plan to stop
translating openSUSE to russian can I have commit rights too, please
(like the Japanese guy Tomohito Koseki a few days ago)? This would be
really helpful.

Hi Karl!
The zypper-1.0.9 from update repo is using again the translations
from SLED instead from ours.
It could be seen as in this sentence for pt_BR:
ours:
#: ../src/utils/prompt.cc:100
msgid "Abort, retry, ignore?\n"
msgstr "Cancelar, repetir ou ignorar?\n"
SLED:
#: ../src/utils/prompt.cc:100
msgid "Abort, retry, ignore?\n"
msgstr "Interromper, repetir ou ignorar?\n"
Regards,
Luiz

Yes, the first one redirects to the second, silently. And the second does
not work in secure mode, either - it displays:
https://www.vertaal.com.ar/
] It works from var!
whatever that means :-?

Hi all,
It seems that V2G have been replaced by Vertaal :
http://www.vertaal.com.ar/v2guser/
This new tool seems to be good. But all accounts were not migrated...
Only 5 people of the French team (plus me) are present on the new
server. Maybe other teams are affected. Is it possible to solve this
problem, please?
Cheers,
Guillaume
