After 12.1 release, translation repositories have been moved from berlios to opensuse (since at that time berlios announced it would be closed).

So, you have to use these repositories, either switching your local working copy or checking out them from scratch:

https://svn.opensuse.org/svn/opensuse-i18n/trunk/yast/km/po https://svn.opensuse.org/svn/opensuse-i18n/trunk/webyast/km/po https://svn.opensuse.org/svn/opensuse-i18n/trunk/lcn/km/po

For doing a commitment, username and password should be the same as in berlios (you find the password grepping your username on all files under ~/.subversion/auth); in case, ask Karl about how to send him a new password.
