No additional languages in Leap and Leap Micro Download pages

Hello us! I translate some strings in Weplate of page get.opensuse.org. But no languages other than English are available in Leap and Leap Micro pages. (other download pages contains languages) I open bug report (https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1199541) But I think, the selected section (Documentation) is wrong. I can't decide, which component is correct for this bug. Which section do I need to choose? Or, maybe, I need to write somewhere else?

Translations for openSUSE Leap 15.4 Release Announcement / Screenshots

Hi everyone, I have placed the release announcement for openSUSE Leap 15.4 on the wiki at https://en.opensuse.org/Release_announcement_15.4 It would be highly appreciated if you could help to translate the release announcement to your native language to help propagate the news of our next release. Currently it is only in English. Feel free to link your translated version to the top and include your ISO 639-1 Code language code. If you have any questions, please let me know. Screenshots Also, please consider updating the screenshots once we have the RC. Add translated strings in YaST

Hello! When I install openSUSE 15.3 and select russian, french or german languages, there are some untranslated strings in System role. I decide to help translate it, open Webplate and... these strings was translated? for example, 3 years ago in russian language (KDE Plasma description : https://l10n.opensuse.org/translate/yast-control/master/ru/?checksum=8daf71…) I thought, that this string didn't allow, but description of Generic desktop role didn't allowed, but added (for example, in russian language : https://l10n.opensuse.org/translate/yast-control/master/ru/?checksum=114404…) Tell me please, can you fix that?

Weblate desktop client

Hello everyone! I've been developing a Weblate desktop client called WLFX. Bugs or missing bits in translation system

Hi, I’m once again trying to report these; the last time I tried this I wasn’t yet a member of openSUSE’s translation mailing list so my message bounced (or was held indefinitely). This is about parts of openSUSE that seem to be untranslatable or translations that do not seem to propagate in the actual UI. 1) In KDE Plasma, the “Default openSUSE panel” string is not found in Weblate. I’ve found the string in /usr/share/plasma/layout-templates/ org.opensuse.desktop.defaultPanel/metadata.json where it can be translated by adding a “Name[xx]” key (where xx = the language code). Please add this anywhere so the SUSE-specific parts would appear translated in the UI. 2) In YaST, some strings do not appear to be translated in the UI even while they *are* translated in Weblate. It looks like the translatable source strings in Weblate do not exactly match those actually used in YaST. For example, desktop-file-translations/update-desktop-files-yast (both master and SLE-15-GA) have the source text: “Choose the repositories for installation of software packages (CD, network, etc.), add the community repositories” …but this is NOT the form that you can see in YaST UI. Instead, the string is: “Choose the repositories for installation of software packages (CD,network,etc.),add the community repositories” (i.e., there are no spaces after the commas). This can be easily verified by `msgunfmt`ing desktop_translations.mo from /usr/ share/locale/<LANG>/LC_MESSAGES, finding the source string, removing all spaces following a comma from it, and `msgfmt`ing the file back. The description is now magically shown in YaST as localized. I don’t thing gobbling up the spaces is intended! -- .... Tommi Nieminen .... https://legisign.org/ .... Hello openSUSE Translation team! I'd like to make a call for translation of openSUSE Leap 15.4 as we're about week away from Beta being public. More about the roadmap can be found here https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Roadmap Ss you might know Leap 15.4 is based on binary rpms from SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP4, therefore a lot of translations for these packages need to come from the SUSE Linux Enterprise.
