3rd party oauth in openSUSE org restricted by default

Hi, I've changed yesterday a setting in the github openSUSE org to restrict oauth access to the openSUSE organization to only explicitly allow-listed applications, not everything on the world. This is the (recommended) setting to tighten security / integrity of repositories in the organisation.
