[opensuse-translation] Question regarding weblate

Hi, I made a translation for yast-slide-show to Indonesian (id) language about a month ago (I think more, I forget the exact date) but it appears in git that the language is "in", which is wrong. It should be "id" for Indonesian. AFAIR there was no choice to select "id" or "in", it was only translate to Indonesian Also in in weblate it appears as https://l10n.opensuse.org/projects/yast-slide-show/master/in/ , instead of https://l10n.opensuse.org/projects/yast-slide-show/master/id/ We just realize it, so another id translator create the new translation for yast-slide-show and I upload the .po files to the weblate. It also happens in zypper translation for Indonesian. Anyone can help to fix this, or show me how to correct this thing? [opensuse-translation] priority list for translations in small teams

Dear translators, You have seen in my mails that some teams are small and it isn't possible to work very fast there. Our openSUSE release will come next month and we have got important files which have to be translated then. That's the reason why I want to give you all a priority list with all files which should be done at first. All teams who haven't done very much until now should translate all listed files at first. You can translate all the other files after finishing them. That can help us bringing a good and stable system to the customer. Hello, Since "Weblate is working with github and SVN won't be used any more.The yast files will be transferred from SVN to github at the moment.", as Sarah-Julia Kriesch (openSUSE Release Management Team) said, what will happen to the remaining contents of LCN in SVN that have been recently updated? Do we still have to use only SVN to translate them? They are not transferred to Weblate yet.Is there any schedule to do it? Hi. I am pleased to announce that the yast import to Weblate was finished: https://l10n.opensuse.org/#list-yast-master What was done: 1) Strings from the community were added to the Weblate. 2) In case of incomplete community translation, string from contracted enterprise translators were added to the Weblate. (Review can be found at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/sbrabec/yast-translations-sle-contributions/ ). 3) Conflicting strings from contracted enterprise translators were added as suggestions with suggesting user "SLE Merge Robot". Please review and pick the best from both. Feel free to review, accept, delete, edit. 4) Community translations of yast-journalctl translations disappeared from the community branch, but they survived in the enterprise branch. They were resurrected and imported instead of empty translations in the current trunk. 5) Some translations had incorrect plural form (mostly "always use singular form"). It was fixed, however it will probably appear in the Git later, after the first edit in the Weblate. (It is possible to make mass fix.) 6) yast2-trans now has a service that picks changes from GitHub. What still needs to be done: 7) Automate the process of pot update. [opensuse-translation] KDE translation for desktop_playground-base_plasma-pk-updates.po

Dear translators, We want to offer a great openSUSE Leap 42.2 with different desktops. They have to be translated, too. The new KDE release isn't translated completely at the moment. That's the reason why we need your help for http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/desktop_playground-base_plasma-p…. This file will be used for the default installation. Some languages are translated and I have seen that some of your teams have got 100% finished on Weblate. That's an excellent option for getting more translations for the KDE desktop. I think this statement along with yast-slide-show (master) is misleading: Please do not modify approved translation for Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Swedish in this component. Upper mentioned translations in this project were edited by contracted translators, and project management requires to use them. Due to missing Weblate features, we cannot lock them separately. All changes there will be reverted. If I got it right, the master branch of yast-slide-show is targeted at openSUSE Leap 42.2.
