Problem after update to KDE3.0.2

While it was available through YOU, I downloaded and installed KDE3.0.2, which worked fine at first glance. However, I have noticed all help files from the applications don't work anymore. But also, whn I copy a link from for instance an email message into the Clipboard, and then want to open it with Mozilla, I get the error message that the link is invalid. This feature worked in KDE3.0.1. I have copied the URL as it appears in Mozilla now, no wonder Mozilla complains, as it has the text 'openURL(' in front of it, and there is also a suffix with ', new-window)' . openURL(http://pug.komkon.org, new-window) -- Frits J. AND Yast2 appears to be reading the first cd (CD1) with no problems. Its just when I have to insert another CD that Yast has a problem. Yast2 seems to go on and 'finish' the install, such as it is. It configures the monitor, allows me to setup network configuration, and then reboots and allows me to login. I then start up Yast2 and select 'install software'. I see no packages except for 'z???' and 'zall'. This is NOT a dual boot machine and this install is on a slicked down PC. Particulars: P4, Amptron XP4-925LSD motherboard, 512 meg of DDR RAM, 40G Samsung HD, Samsung 52X cd-rom. I CAN mount the cdrom manually and read from it once I'm logged in. mount -r -t iso9660 /dev/hdc /media/cdrom I have successfully installed this same OS on HP P3 platforms w/ no problems using these same media CD's. >From /var/log/y2log: modules/MediaUI.ycp:209 mountlog mount: block device /dev/hdc is write protected, mount read-only mount you must specify the filesystem type I've tried to install from scratch several times with the same results. Multisession CD Recording

I am fairly new to the Linux world. I have been trying to find a CD recording application that will handle multisession CD's really well. I have not been able to find anything that works for me. I have tried Eclipt Roaster and when I attempt to create a multisession data only CD, the media is unreadable. I have to create CDs that are readable from any platform. I have also tried KreateCD and KonCD and have not been successful. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or give me the name of an application that has been proven. Yast Won't Let Go Of DSL setup

Hi, I used Yast to set up a TDSL account because the router was having problems connecting and I wanted to see if it was the router or something else. Got the router problem fixed. However, now Yast believes that I need a DSL connection from T-Online. I deleted the configuration for the eth0 it was talking to, but the DSL settings are fixed to T-Online and I can't find an option to restore the DSL settings to nada. Can someone help with this?
