[SuSE Linux] Strangely quiet

I've been listening to this group about 2 weeks now. A few rookies ( I hate that newbies word) such as myself have asked the usual questions and had great responses. I've watched higher level interchanges between some obviously very experienced folk. Something is missing. This is a new release, this 5.3. There seem to be no major problems with it. Am I right? Other than something about sound and a syntax error, I haven't heard of a really difficult problem. We can even talk tomatoes, there's so much room. My hat is off to the SuSE development team. Even THIS Windows pup can install 5.3. The Linux community needs to see what a really great distribution looks like. I can hardly wait to see what happens next. [SuSE Linux] Case cooling fans

I put together a new system last weekend and I've never had any concerns with keeping my system cool. When I put it together I used a heatsink and cpu fan (without thermal compound, I'm going to radio shack this weekend), but I picked up a case cooling fan. It's one of those that is mounted in the front of the case. My question is...WHICH way should the airflow be? Should it take air in through the front of the case and pass it back through the system, or should it pull air in through the back and out the front? Yeah I know this is off topic, but I'm sure someone here can help me out. As a member of the local Linux Users Group, I am writing a course outline for a 12-week Linux course that our group is sponsoring. It is aimed at producing Linux-qualified entry-level personnel for corporate IT departments. I am looking for input from IT department administrators as to what the minimum requirements are for an entry-level position are at your company, what areas of Linux you think need to be taught and a brief description of your department's, size, etc. Our group's membership is heavily recruited by area businesses and we want to make sure they are qualified.
