what I get now
execue failed for /usr/X11R6/bin/X (errno 2)
_X11 TransSocketUNIXConnect: Can't connect: errno 111
giving up.
xinit: Connection refused (errno 111): unable to connect to X Server
xinit: no such process (errno 3): Server error.
any more ideas?
Hmm, strange. Did you start X using "startx"? Then have a look in ~/.X.err
for errors. Also check the following: "file /var/X11R6/bin/X" should tell
you that X is a symbolic link to an X-Server under /usr/X11R6/bin/. Is it
the right one?
We need the output of the following command:
ls -l /usr/bin/X11/X* /var/X11R6/bin/X
