The right wing boss of Madrid closes down 2141 hospital beds till
October first, while patients in the waiting list has increased in 13000
people.
I told you. The right wing intentionally makes the health service works
badly. Then they create private hospitals instead.
https://www.elsaltodiario.com/coronavirus/ayuso-cierra-mas-de-2000-camas-es…
Meanwhile, Madrid is vaccinating 24 hours a day. Yes, nights too. They
have a million vaccines not used. And, they are going to use private
companies next to inject them. They are that inept.

Thank you for your reply, Masaru.

On my computer it is
/lib/modules/5.3.18-59.5-default/kernel/sound/pci/hda/snd-hda-intel.ko.xz
which has to be unpacked by "unxz".
This file is the same than that on my computer "se", where setting
up the sound cards has been possible.

It contains a lot of information, but no hint how to set up my sound
cards. Please have a look on the file attached below.

Problem: the to be installed patch:SUSE-2020-3304-1.noarch conflicts
with 'libi2c0.x86_64 < 4.0-4.3.2' provided by the installed

How do I finally settle this mess? Can i remove the packages somehow
and force to install them funamentally as whole from the repos
immediately installing the latest bits without the patch routine or
something?
I dont remember ever having seen any azure related stuff on my
opensuse systems in the past, i dont use or need or want azure?
when is 15.3 actually being considered final and settled when leap
15.2 users have had and are still having these fundamental problems
due to the upgrade to 15.3?
is 15.3 always gonna be a second class citizen? is this to be expected
for 15.4 or whatever comes next? i was really irritated and
disappointed when like still within the final hours of the 15.3
release the mailing-list already showed that feature lock down for
15.4 was already being done within days. I kind of already feel the
next faily stages and procedures and situations incoming for 15.4 over
again.
I have not yet dared and attampted to upgrade my 15.2 systems so far,
when this very simple and most basic 15.2 test system expressed so
many woes and bugs with the upgrade to 15.3 already :(

AFAICT, XFCE uses GTK and I see GTK Wayland libraries installed. I'm
currently using LightDM. What Display Manager would allow me to try out
Wayland with XFCE?
TIA,
Jeffrey

(from oS Leap 15.2 x86_64 (Minas Tirith))
On my new HP 15s-eq2147, because of the lack of an ethernet
connection, installing Leap 15.3 from
openSUSE-Leap-15.3-NET-x86_64.iso was impossible. So, I had to use
openSUSE-Leap-15.3-DVD-x86_64.iso, which does not use internet
repositories.
Installing was easy and much faster than from the net, but at the
end, KDE did not appear. Pressing F7 shows a black screen only.
Then I tried "startx", but in vain. I have stored the output on
http://ariannuccia.de/temp/startx.txt
and the content of ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log on
http://ariannuccia.de/temp/Xorg.0.log.
Please have a look at these two files. Do they contain information
for correcting the KDE implementation?
Meanwhile I have access to the internet, thanks to Stephan Hemeier's
rtw88-kmp-default-git20210702_k5.3.18_57-lp153.2.2.x86_64.rpm, but I
don't know which package to install for making KDE run.
Thanks in advance,
Wolfgang
Hi,
I'm trying to install VMWare Workstation Pro 16 onto my Tumbleweed system, and the installer is asking for the location of system scripts. I'm not entirely sure where that location is on Tumbleweed. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?
Thank you.
Simon.
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone here had already upgraded production servers to LEAP 15.3 from LEAP 15.2? Have all the initial release bugs been squashed? I don't do anything super complex with my servers, but I don't mind waiting for some outstanding problems to be fixed.
Any advice?
Simon.
Why do I keep seeing updates announced in the list, when zypper lu says
there is nothing to install? I just got a dump of 34 of them, maybe 50,
and out of all that, all I needed was an update to X. (And no, it's not
because I don't have those packages installed.)
It's also amusing to see a security update for Thunderbird to:
> MozillaThunderbird-78.10.2-8.27.1
when current installed version is:
> MozillaThunderbird-78.11.0-8.30.1.x86_64
