hey, i read in linux journal and also in a press release, that SUN released the source code for staroffice back in october, however, several have lead me to believe it was at openoffice.org, and i can't seem to locate it. what i find is a project which is in-complete, has many bugs, kind of like mozilla. where is staroffice source, or isn't there? -don p.s. my motivation here is to build for the SuSE-Sparc edition, which SUN wouldn't be eager to help with. -- proud Linux user since kernel 1.1.54 icq#42235604

Set up a SuSE 6.2 machine over a year ago overseas. Haven't done anything to it in so long and noticed now it has a problem. pop-up menu in web pages in mozilla

Hi! Does anyone know how to use "pop-up menus" in web pages in Mozilla (SuSE 7.0, KDE2, fvwm95)? I mean there are some web sites (eg. search results in www.audiogalaxy.com <http://www.audiogalaxy.com>) where you just step above an icon and then a pop-up menu appeares and you can choose the appropriate action to take from the menu. In windows this works but I still do not know how to set up this in Linux. This is the only thing I simetimes still have to use windows. I think I just have to set up something correctly, don't I? Is this some PHP "mechanism"? Lots of thanks in advance, Denes.

Multiple Monitors?

HI everyone. I want to install a Suse 6.4 box with 2 display cards. The box will have 2 monitors so that some open apps can be put on to another monitor. Is this possible? If so, how? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- l8r ./JvdW

But now it is gone Windows NT crashed. I am the Blue Screen of Death. No one hears your screams. Yesterday it worked. Today it is not working. Windows is like that. Chaos reigns within. The Web site you seek cannot be located but endless others exist. You step in the stream, but the water has moved on. This page is not here. Stay the patient course. Of little worth is your ire. The network is down. No keyboard present. Press F1 to continue. Zen engineering. This site has moved. We'd tell you where, but then we'd have to delete you. First snow, then silence. This thousand dollar screen dies so beautifully. Printer not ready. Could be a fatal error. Have a pen handy? -- Failure is not an option, it comes pre-installed with your Windoze software.

Apache 1.3.14

Is there an RPM for Apache 1.3.14 that will work with SuSE 6.4? I need to do some testing with the latest Apache but I dont want to have my RPM database get out of sync on our Dev box. Thanks! ck
