[opensuse] Priorities in the build package?

Is there a way to set the priorities to which rpm package the build system use when setting up the build system? I have several directories with rpm packages in, and of course I want build to use the newest package if there are more than one version in the directories. [opensuse] Plasma and WindowMaker

I mentioned a problem a while back - my machine locking up when I was using KDE or a few other things. Since then, until I've figured out what's wrong (which I'm still doing), I'm running WindowMaker. It's great and everything, but I found I missed my Plasma Workspace, so I started running it under WindowMaker. It works just fine except that it doesn't remember what I've told it after I shut down the wm. Plasmoids that I had removed are back, all the plasmoids are bunched up on the upper left and two application icons from kickoff stick around on my panel. The only thing that's kept through a restart is the panel size, which I changed recently. Is there a way (probably via the command line) for me to make Plasma play nice with WindowMaker? [opensuse] How to unload kernel module?

Hello, I'd like to debug a kernel module. For that, I want to unload the module that was loaded at boot. I remember in the old days, you could simply "modprobe -r modname" to get rid of it. But nowadays, with all this udev/hal/debus/whatever, I am somewhat lost. Hi, anybody knows how to modify the Menu entries for gfxboot?, i'm modifying a installation CD from SLES9 (kind of SuSE Pro 9.3), and the entries appear just like the labels from isolinux.cfg. According to http://en.opensuse.org/Gfxboot#Menu_entries there's a "internal list", is it possible to add entries to it? [opensuse] kde4-kdesvn-kiosvn package dependencies

Hello everybody, is it possible that the package dependencies of kde4-kdesvn-kiosvn in the KDE4 Factory Community repository are broken. The package requires the kdesvn-version 1.2.3 but of course the kdesvn-version available is 1.0.4 as kdesvn is a KDE3 application while kde4-kdesvn is the corresponding KDE4 app. So kde4-kdesvn-kiosvn should require kde4-kdesvn and not kdesvn, right? Hi everybody, Again it happened that my machine decided that the root FS should be remounted as read only (interestingly enough, only the root FS, even though there are different LVM Volumes on that disk... onle SYSTEM-ROOT is being remounted.
