[SLE] corrupted library?

Hello. Just a question about this unharmful event, I think. If I start the X server with startx, this messages apear on the tty6, where I invoced the startx command. I know this is generated from a program, and I think it is kmail or something like that. Possibly it is a library, but can anybody give me a hint, what to upgrade? One of the error messages is: xrdb: "*form.background" on line 958 overides entery on line 217 This one is followed by serveral "look a like" messages? [SLE] [ot a bit]Sendmail 8.11.0 on suse6.4??

hi all [os suse6.4,kernel2.2.14] i've downloaded the sendmail 8.11.0 but after reading all the readme...i still couldn't figure out how to install! i wanted to start with a minimum set up- so i go to ../cf/cf & copy the generic-linux.mc to config.mc. then i followed the insturction, ./Build config.cf =>this would create my config.cf file. next, i cd to /sendmail dir & run "sh Build" & i assume it would create all the filenames inside /etc/mail dir. but all i saw were the helpfile & statistics! what step have i missed out? even when i inserted the new macro into my config.mc file define{'MAIL_SETTINGS_DIR','/etc/mail/') & rebuild config.cf. those are the 2 files in /etc/mail/. my ../devtools/site/ is basically empty - i'm still trying to figure out how to add all those files according to the readme. pls help. i'll really appreciate an guidance. tk ===== 0Oo~~:o) Smile! I thought I would pass this along for those who might use AOL. I have both AOL and Mindspring, my wife uses AOL on her windows box. They have written a linux AIM (instant, and it works. They tested it with RedHat 6.1, SuSE 6.4, and Mandrake 7.0. Where does Netcsape Communicator 4.73 for Linux keep E-mail addresses. I'm about to re-install on a new hard drive and can't locate the file where my many E-Mail addresses are kept, so I can save to disk an transfer back when I'm up and running again. Hi ! Linux User I have configure my Linux Fetchmail multiuser and is working fine. How to make it start automaticly active the fetchmail for ever 15min I have configure the rc.local at /etc/rc.d with a line if [ -f /etc/fetchmail ]; then /usr/bin/fetchmail -d 1200 fi But it does not work .. ? How to solve it .. yes, wget is really the most wonderful utility. I love the way you feed it any URL and it just works out what to do and downloads things... :-) k. Is there a utility in SuSE-6.4 for copying a web site? That is, I point it at a URL and it goes and recursively downloads all the files linked to from the site.
