Try: (untested) find . -exec fgrep pattern {} /dev/null \; which should find files under the current directory and do a 'fgrep' on them. Check out the manual page for find(1). Hope that helps. Hello All The kernel 2.2.0pre9 is now out and if it's stable enough it'll be the final one. Or at least that's the intention of linus and the kernel comunity. I have this tape drive, which I bought originally for my W95 installation. It's cheap and very good, but Iomega won't release driver information so that the Linux community can make use of it. [SuSE Linux] Answer to booting BEos

I searched for awhile on how to interactively boot beos with lilo in the mbr and settled on my time honored approach of copying the BE kernel to floppy and then moving it to suse, adding a stanza which referenced the kernel and the drive. Voila, now booting beos from lilo.
