PCI card, antenna and all. No service obligation or anything is required to get this. It comes with W95 and W/NT software, v2.0x, so it is the latest.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>I have NEVER seen this at this low a price. I bought mine last night and will install sometime over the holiday. [SuSE Linux] Html Editor under SuseLinux

I am looking for a html editor for Linux and and did not find one in the 5.3 Suse distribution. I looked around and found Amaya but it uses Motif. Other tools like Dozer are outdated. If I look for Suites I can found StarOffice but I cannot speend 6 hours downloading it only for a html editor. Does any body has a solution ? Thanks. [SuSE Linux] I did something stupid

[SuSE Linux] X Server boot problems

It is a 233 MHz notebook witht the NeoMagic MagicGraph 128XD Video Card.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>There was a problem with the resolution being only in 320X480 or the lowest one possible, whatever that may be. I was messing with the xfconfig/setup in YaST. Somehow I managed to mess it up even more and now it will not run at all. When I type startx at the command line I get a message to the effect,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>X Server binary missing or corrupted. / and repair or install a new one</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>x???_???? error</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>exiting</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>and that is all it does. [SuSE Linux] Parallel port scanner

I own a parallel port flat scanner (cannon cannonscan) but I cannont figure out which driver I should use for it... maybe someone could help me here, please? [SuSE Linux] Matrox G200 Server in 6.0 ?

This would be a good addition to the 6.0 final release. Have it auto-detect the G200 card in sax would be very handy. [SuSE Linux] Bttv driver...

Hello, I am trying to get any bttv driver based porgram to run with my Avet/TV-Phone card, but I don't seem to be able to. Can anyone help me? I install the bttv and bttvgrabber packages, and when trying to start it it complains about the absence of the bttv module... I load it manually, and the programs start, but it does not seem to get any signal from the card. Even more, I downloaded the kwintv program sources, and when trying to compile it, ti tells me taht teh module is not availble, even when giving it its path explicity... Glenn, I did set this up for lab purpose, and wondered about it's behavior regarding multiple interfaces. I do have two ethernet nic's and one tokenring nic in this system, but it seem to listen on all interfaces, allthough it's only configured for one. Also the help files do explain that it can only run with one interface, I was able by changing it's startup script, to start this deamon twice to cover two interfaces. That it listens to all interfaces is probably due to some routing functionality ... I did set the server in a class-C network segment, and all seem to work right. Actualy I didn't change the the settings of the nic's at all. Allthough for BootP, you need to have subnets declared, like for DHCP, so it can recover the subnetmask for these networks.
