autoconf not found

Hi all, Trying to build KOPETE in a SLED 10.1 box. Following http://kopete.kde.org/svnaccess.php, I've installed subversion and submitted svn commands. All three seems to do well. make claims it needs autoconf. I've installed it, 2.59-92.2 version, and submitted the line again but I keep getting the following message: citlali:~/kdenetwork # make -f Makefile.cvs This Makefile is only for the CVS repository This will be deleted before making the distribution ./admin/cvs.sh: line 33: --version: command not found *** AUTOCONF NOT FOUND!. *** KDE requires autoconf 2.53 or newer make[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 citlali:~/kdenetwork # Please, could you help me with this issue? Training bogofilter.

Hello SuSE people. I use Kmail exclusively for email. About a year ago I used Spamassassin to get rid of spam but it was so slow that I gave up and uninstalled it. Now the spam is overwhelming. So I tried bogofilter in Kmail. I trained it with several thousand messages, both ham & spam. Worked pretty well for a couple of weeks but now it is putting everything into my Spam folder that should go into my inbox except the mailing lists I have told it not to check. When it does this, and I review the Spam directory, I click on the little green arrow at the top of Kmail to (supposedly) teach it that it is not spam, but ham. Doesn't seem to be working. Just keeps marking all of my personal messages as spam. As I said, I have about a dozen mailing lists that I exclude from bogofilter, but I also have a group of about 20 or 30 friends who trade jokes and other personal info back and forth, and many more correspondents for other purposes. These are the ones being effected and put into the Spam directory. The spammers use all kinds of words and phrases. Is bogofilter confused by the amount of info in it's spam directory and applying it to everything? Do I have to resort to listing all of my several hundred email addresses in the filters to be passed as ham? Would appreciate your thoughts, experiences, advice, whatever, in your use of bogofilter. why is updating difficult?

Well, after I gave it about 3 months, I thought I would try 10.1 again, surely that silly update issue has been solved by now, right? wroong! Now I think I will join the conspiracy theorists: could it be that behind all this new registration and libzypp and zmd incompetence lurks the big brother eye of homeland defense? Could it be that libzypp can't be fixed in a snap because the whole thing needs to be so that it can send all of our searches and files and shtuff to some windoze interface deep in some bunker in Arizona or Virginia, regardless of how we configure our systems? At the very least it is curious why system updating has become an issue, when there are numerous other schemes for accomplishing this relatively benign task, most working very well. What is the real problem? This kind of "progress" had only been seen in microsoft products before 10.1, correct? btw, after i ran smart update/upgrade, now the "update" button has turned orange!!!! should i reinstall zmd? are they coming to take me away? weirdness....

Is there an 10.0 RPM for Plone 2.5? I am looking for the bundle. The only ones I found was either Plone-2.5-SUSE_10.1_bundle.tar.bz2 for 10.1 or plone-2.1.3-1.i586.rpm for 10.0. -- Thanks

Login (from KDM) is ok, while loading kde, (splash at stage: "restoring session") it freezes, all user procs seem stuck in stop/wait state (no zombies), must kill X (CAB), I can login with other (normaly unused) uids, and root ok ( I never clutter up my root desktop ), I can drop to init 3, login, startx, same result, mv .kde .kde-save and start fresh, loads fine, cp over my configs (except: Kgpg, Kpgp), and restart X, and it loads completely (although several panel applets, and superkaramba get left out) But ( this is whats driving me crazy ), if I exit and startx again, same problem (its adding the kgpg, kpgp config back in,, but a clean kde init does not have them, most likely its referenced from kmail, have not yet disabled gpg from within kmail, yet) Twice while testing ( adding one apps configs at a time), I got an error message stating that: GnuPG Agent is enabled, but the agent doesnt seem to be running, that I should disable it, or fix the agent. < see attachment (screenshot): kgpg-startup-error-1.jpg > Disabling the agent through KGpg's config did not fix it. Cyrus and POP3

Has anybody found a way to let users use POP3 to grab all mail in all his/her subfolders? I have a bunch of users that regularily use webmail and IMAP to access their mail, and they have created subfolders to their INBOX. Some of those occasionally need to use POP3 to download all mail (don't ask me why).. So, is there a way to make pop3d grab it all and send? Telling them to grab each folder by itself by logging in with 'user+folder' isn't gonna fly either, the server use saslauthd to identify incoming users, and of course it can't find a user with the '+folder' added to the name. Can I install my existing 32 bit opensuse dvd on my new Sempron 3000+? Looking through the archive, it seems that I should download the x86-64 version and use that instead. Confused. Any help most appreciated. Steve.
