Evolution 1.4 Help (THANKS TO ALL)

Finally got evolution behaving like a gem. Thanks to all for the help. Updating all the dependancies did the trick. This is a truely professional program, someone should port it to windows. LOL Again thanks to ALL!

Evolution GUI fonts under KDE

Is there any way to get a Gnome2 app, like Evolution, to come up with the right theme and fonts under KDE? Things _work_ just fine under KDE, but they all come up with default colors, themes, and fonts. I can then run gnome-control-center, choose something to change their appearance, and everything immediately goes to what I had set under XD2. I'd rather be able to cut out this step every time I log in. Thanks, dk

Evolution 1.4.0 Settings crash

Those who found that trying to open settings on Evolution 1.4.0 caused a crash should make sure they have the latest gal2-0, gtkhtml3.0 and libsoup packages from my site, as they were all updated when Evolution was. Evolution 1.4 - not working very well

I'm having the same problem with 1.4 as I did 1.3.92. Going from folder to folder is REALLY slow! I mean 3 seconds or so. Also my calendar doesn't work. No matter where I click...no calendar. Also resizing the screen and other screen movements are jerky and slow. Other than that, it starts really fast and everything else "seems" to work. Maybe I had a bad beta install. I just installed over it. How would I uninstall 1.4? Will it banish my current emails and addresses? I installed via Synaptic with ULB files...thanks James! (I don't hold you responsible). Dear Listees I am running Suse 8.2 in an Athlon PC. I want to connect to my Broadband ISP with the above modem. Can Anybody tell me where can I get the right drivers for it. PS. Sometime ago I found the drivers for the Red Hat 7.2 version somewhere in the Net, but could'nt find them for Suse 8.2. Please help Justino Madariaga j.madariaga(a)onetel.net
