Hi folks.
Software management hasn´t been using pop-up window "Install more
packages?" since 11.1 and it´s automatically closed.
It was filed a few bugs( 462352, 440066, 441329, 421660) about this
behaviour, but you decided to disable this feature.
I still can't get familiar with this behaviour. It's a really annoying,
especially if i forget install some packages and i have to launch software
management again.
I don´t know any mainstream distros, which close their software management
after installation.
Can you tell me, what is benefit of this behaviour? I still haven´t found
any.
I talked to Lado Slezak and Katka Machalkova on #yast and they told me,
that the installation summary dialog probably won´t be enabled by default
and i can use trick how to enable it. But, is any chance that responsible
people will change decission and the installation summary dialog will be
enabled by default as in the past?
