[opensuse] Font strangeness in GTK apps. Sometimes 10 pt, sometimes 8 pt for tabs, menus, etc..??

All, I have noticed something strange the past few days with font sizes in GTK3 apps. Like tonight, I started firefox and all the tabs, URL/Search entry, etc.. were all much larger than normal? (app doesn't matter, all GTK+3 apps affected) Checked for updates and I'm all up to date, restarted desktop KDE3, still too big, the rebooted and started firefox again and presto the fonts were all back to normal size.... Huh?? This is more a curiosity than a problem. What ever is happening ultimately clears itself up, but doing the same thing and getting different results with software is never a good sign. There are whiffs of undefined behavior swirling around when that begins to happen. So, has anyone else experienced GTK app font-size seeming to change randomly? Sigh, yet another rant post with open/suse troubles giving me the creeps with such basic stuff as booting. [opensuse] 15.2 - Gimp 10 - has right-side Layers & Brushes dialog Turned Upside-Down from 15.1

All, If you open gimp on 15.2, you will find the dialog to the right is flipped upside-down with the layers on the bottom and brushes/gradients on the top. This is quite awkward since for the past decade openSUSE has had the Layers on top and brushes/gradients on the bottom. Can this be fixed before release? It is very tedious for the user to try and rearrange that dialog into a familiar layout. -- David C. [opensuse] de-activate second screen

Hello, I have two monitors on my laptop, the second being on hdmi. I do not use often this one. [opensuse] yast proxy setting and yast package manager

Hello: I have an openSUSE Leap 15.1 system I installed behind a firewall. I configured proxy in yast so that yast package manager could access the internet. That worked. Recently I moved the computer, and at the new place there is no proxy. When I tried to use yast package manager it could not access the internet. I have disabled proxy in yast, but yast package manager still cannot access the network. It seems it is still using the disabled proxy values.
