I've googled it, but all I get seems to be about diamonds or genealogy.

Any one else having problems refreshing repositories today? (42.2).
Mine had been hung for a long time (hours), and even a reboot didn't help.
Is there any known issue with the repositories or did I just get a bad mirror?

Hi,
I send mails from one internal machine to another. Ocassionally, this
destination could be off for a week or more; still I would like Postfix
to not give up after five days and keep trying, say, for a month.
How could I do it?
Preferably for one destination.

Hello list,
i have installed steam on my Tumbleweed machine with a existing old

After starting steam in the console i'm getting:

Maybe anyone has seen such error?

The version of bzr on TW is broken. I compiled an earlier one which works.
Attached are the error messages.
I should raise a TW bugzilla perhaps? Or raise it with bazaar?
Hello:
In openSUSE Leap 42.2 krusader 2.5 does not show toolbar icons.
In order to fix this I installed some plasma5 packages. Though
it did not solve krusader toolbar icons problem it successfully
messed up KDE3 settings. What is interesting that KDE3 login
is messed up even for those users too who never logged in to
plasma5 session at all (not even once).
KDE3 login starts normal, then the background and the main panel
is replaced by plasma5 (?) background and panel resulting in a
useless mixture of KDE3 and plasma5 desktop. Occasionally both
panels are shown, one (vertically) above the other.
Shouldn't different desktop managers leave each other's settings
untouched? That is what I would expect.

This flashes by each I boot and is in /var/log/warn
If I unmount and FSCK each of my reiserFS I see no problems.
I can't account for it.
It has been apparent though the last dozen or so revisions of the kernel.
It only occurs ONCE, not once for each filesystem. I recall that ReiserFS isn't
concurrent threaded, perhaps that's why there's only one. But, as I say,
everything functions OK.
Any suggesting as to the why and whwerefor?
Why now? It has percolated to the top of my 'annoyances' stack following a
visit to the dentist yesterday.
I've stripped label and timestamps for clarity

This afternoon I was fetching something like 3000 mails with fetchmail,
and got hundreds or thousands of errors in the logs. Mails were
processed correctly, though.
In short:
connect to spamd on 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (#1 of 3): Connection refused
spamd: connection from localhost [::1]:40456 to port 783, fd 5
spamd 31546 - - error creating a DNS resolver socket: Address family for hostname not supported at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.2/Mail/SpamAssassin/DnsResolver.pm line 434, <GEN13115> ...
spamd 31546 - - dns: unable to connect to [192.168.1.14]:53, no more alternatives
spamd 31546 - - error creating a DNS resolver socket: Address family for hostname not supported at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.2/Mail/SpamAssassin/DnsResolver.pm line 434.
The configuration has not changed since last run, but there has been
updates. I don't know if it is config error or bug.
Setup is:
Fetchmail --> postfix --> amavis --> procmail --> spamc --> dovecot mbox folders
Detailed log of one instance, there are thousands, I think:

Hi All,
Does anyone know if there is any way of getting my Fm radio tuner to
work in TV headend? I can't find the option to add a radio tuner.
Alternatively how can I play FM radio in VLC or amarok? Or perhaps even
Rhytmbox, I see there is an FM radio plug-in for it.
