[opensuse] Repo confusion

Hello SuSE people. Have some confusion about repos. Running 11.1 with KDE4.2 Of course that means Factory. Now, I want nvidia and mozilla also to keep the distro up to date. The only place to find them is in "Build Service". Is that the proper repo for them? I thought "Build Service" was a "special" place. not a regular download repo. Right or wrong? [opensuse] systray icons

Since openSUSE 11.0 (now on 11.1 with KDE 4.2) I've noticed the icons in the system tray seem to be corrupted, or else not refreshed correctly. For instance, when I get the Yast Updater icon that tells me I have security updates, it goes to an orange or red triangle. Following the update, the SUSE green icon is overlaid on the previous icon, but the orange/red shows around the edges. Other icons do not get properly displayed, or not displayed at all. Any ideas? [opensuse] 2 problems - Adding Desktop Icon / Widget - Open With database

I have a program I use that does not create an 'Icon' on the screen and I wish to make one but am not sure how with this version OpenSuse 11.0 w/ KDE 4.0.4 (rel 15.2), It seems that everything is 'widget' related. I pointer to some reading on this is welcome. I know I probably messed this up, but, when I add something to the 'open with' and save it I get the same problem next time, looks as if the info is not getting saved, where / how can I fix this?
