Listmates (Sandy), I have built a fresh 10.3 server, but smtp performance seems slow. Are there any tips or tricks to improve the mail sending performance. [opensuse] Compiz no longer works

I am running opensuse 10.3 on an AMD64 with a Nvidia 7600. everything seems to be running okay until 2 updates ago. Now compiz no longer works. [opensuse] 10.3 compiz loads a blank white screen for 1 user, others OK

Listmates, I have an interesting problem with compiz on openSuSE 10.3. On a 4 user system, compiz loads with a blank white desktop. The desktop begins to load and you can see the desktop background, then it goes completely blank white. The mouse cursor is visible, but nothing else. You can spin the cube, no caps are present, but the mouse is non responsive otherwise (no right-click response or context menus). The only way to end the session is ctrl+alt+backspace. All other users desktops load fine. What possible setting could be messed up? Googling suggests gnome-xgl-switch can be the problem, but I have enabled and disabled it with no change in results. [opensuse] Screensaver problem

Hello,I have the problem that the screensaver shows a black screen and not the screen which I have selected.Although,that black screen starts the right time I have set,after 1 minute.I tried the following and nothing works: 1)Uncheck the power control in peripherials->display->power management. 2)I played with xset.I tried xset s blank off.I tried sleep 1;xset s active and I had the same behaviour.I tried xset dpms force off and the screen turns off. 3)I reinstalled the kde screensavers packets from yast. 4)I uncheck the power management in right click->configure desktop->display->power control.
