Sorry, this may be a bit parochial for the web designers, but I would like
for the Web Interface of SuSE's Email Server II to be in English primarily
and Spanish alternatively.
In this package, the administrator has the option of selecting the default
language per user, however, the only languages to select are EN and DE.
I don't know how to change this. Out of the box, it is in English with
German, I can change the Web Interface back and forth from English to
German, by clicking on the German and British flags, but I don't know how to
add any additional language support or change it to Spanish and English.
Please help me. What must I do to be able to select Spanish?
After updating to KDE 2.2 beta 1, my login splash shows all the directories.
I went to /opt/kde2/share/config/kdmrc and edited it to show only the
reevant users but it had no efect. What then is the login manager
configuration script. I searched the SDB, SuSE,s htdig help system and
/usr/share/docs but found nothing.
Ok guys , I'm sure you will all be proud.I finally got smart
and realized that on my main machine I have two Netgear cards working with
tulip perfectly fine.I simply poped Eth1 out of my main machine , and since
tulip is already attempting to be used for eth0 on the second, I replaced
eth0 with the netgear :-)..... Now I'm in yast at network address setup for
eth0 .THe questions come
(1) Eth1 is active on my main machine with the address of 192.168.0.1.Can I
give eth0 on the second machine the address of 192.168.0.2?
(2) If so , do I enter 192.168.0.1 as the default Gateway pointing to eth1 on
the main machine?
(3) Or do I setup the main machine as a DHCP server ?
My goal is to have the Pentium as a terminal query the xserver on my main
machine for a log in screen so as to have the ability to work one machine
from two places..Tcp/ip but where to start?ssh, but where to start?xdm, but
where to start?
I scoured the archives trying to find a similar problem and hopefully
solution, but nada. Apache won't start. Rcapache stop fails. Rcapache
start says done, but it isn't. I get connection refused messages in
Netscape on other machines. Could this be a firewall prob? I think I have
this right, but what would I put in rcfirewall to allow the LAN access to
this webserver? In /var/log/httpd/error_log I see "address already in use:
make_sock: could not bind to port 80". ???? I have uninstalled
mod_authldap as I read something about it not playing nice with php4. This
is on a fresh install of 7.2Pro as a server . Please point me in the right
direction. I'm doing the same things I did in 7.1 to get it going, but no
