[opensuse] filesystem turns ro

Good afternoon. OpenSUSE 13.1 partition /data on sbd1, ext4 turns suddenly to ro fstab options are unchanged since fresh installation 4 weeks ago: /dev/disk/by-id/ata-ST31000528AS_9VP16KE1-part1 /data ext4 acl,user_xattr 1 2 I will appreciate any help as to how I can reverse this. [opensuse] Konqueror 4.14.0 missing almost all bookmarks.

I updated to KDE 4.14.0 from the JDE-Current repo on Saturday. This morning on starting Konqueror found almost all my bookmarks missing. Bookmark editor does not show them either. Example: [CODE] Bookmarks Suse Bugs Documents more sub folders [/CODE] There are no bookmarks in any of the 8 sub folders of SUSE. Same with all other folders and sub folders. Looking back in my backups it also looks like the export function in Bookmark Manager is also not working . Folders with more the one level (Multiple subfolders do not appear to be backed up (The folder is saved but none of the links in it are). Has anyone else seen thiis behavior in 13.1 Kmail 4.14.0? Any ideas how to recover them? My last backup (I use MC as route to copy the whole /home directory). that looked OK was 12/31/13 but the links were in Konqueror on Saturday when i used several of them. I will be searching Bugzilla and turn in a bug report. [opensuse] write several usb flash keys at once

Hello, I received lot of openSUSE usb flash device (8Gb), but empty. writing one at a time with imagewriter is very time consuming (approx 10 mn each). But I have 4 usb ports on my tower's front. my laptop is thinkpad x230 ,integrated graphics (intel hd4000) install the opensuse 13.1 can't switch to the mini display port output my mirrors search google i found some of the same issue for me https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1222734 i test debian 7.6 and linux kernel 3.2 my mini display port working but update 3.12 & 3.14 is not work for the linux kernel i do not know , please give some advice for me ! [opensuse] memory problem, results in kernel panic

My mainboard has place for two DDR1 memory sticks. I have two identical V-GeN 1GB sticks which should be the max for my mainboard. With one stick in the first slot the computer runs okay. As soon as I insert the second stick in slot number two the booting of openSUSE 13.1, Tumbleweed ends with a kernel panic. Not a windows user so i have not tried it fully out but so far I saw no problems. Puppy 5.2 works as expected with an older kernel. Is this a problem with openSUSE or is it caused by the kernel used? Have also tried a fresh install with kernel 3.11.6.4. No luck. With that kernel the machine instantly reboots without any information whats however.
