hi all, Just installed 11.2 on a tiny fit2 pc Unfortunately, the wifi-card is not recognized. lspci tells me: 03:00.0 Network controller: RaLink RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe A quick google learns that: Subject: [PATCH] Staging: remove no longer needed rt3090 driver rt2860 handles now all rt2860/rt3090 chipsets. [opensuse] No Ogg ?

It seems like my sound notifications have gone AWOL. These are all ogg format files as supplied in kde. Also Amarok can't play these .ogg files, but VLC can. Tracked it down to the fact that the xine backend can't play these .ogg files. What could I be missing? [opensuse] KNetworkManager periodically disconects

I have just installed openSUSE 11.2 64 bits and I use KNetworkManager to connect to my wireless router. I have noticed that when there is no activity on the PC, KNetworkManager seems to automatically disconnect from my router. Is there a parameter which could be modified in order to maintain the connection even during idle periods ? [opensuse] OpenSUSe11.2/KDE4.3.1 Menu Editor Problem

In general I like the new distribution, but (along with many others) KDE 4.3.1 has some rather bothersome issues. The menu editor doesn't seem to save changes that I make to it. I right click on the application menu launcher and select Menu Editor. After I make changes such as as taking one of the existing directories and moving it into another directory as a sub directory and save the menu editor the changes are lost. [opensuse] OpenSUSE 11.2 Boot Problem

I have just installed v11.2 on a HD dedicated to it. Fortunately, I have 10.3 installed on another DM on AMB 64bit machine. The installation went without incident and the machine rebooted normally during the installation. However, after I removed the installation DVD and rebooted the machine I got Grub error 17 and the boot just stat there. I rebooted into 10.3 by selecting the sequence Installation/Repair sequence. As I am not a hardware person, I will be very appreciative of help in solving this problem. Thanks in advance. -- Stephen P.
