[opensuse] Suse 10.0, Apache 2.2, mod_php

Hello, I want to upgrade my Suse 10.0 server with the apache packages from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Apache/SUSE_Linux_10.0/i586/ but I do not find the related mod_php packages. If I use http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/php/SUSE_Linux_10.0/i586/ I get error: Failed dependencies: apache_mmn_20020903 is needed by apache2-mod_php5-5.2.3-38.1 from rpm. [opensuse] global_variable of the apache2 dissapears since SuSE10.2?

Dear my friends... I create a very simple script in html and php as a first step. I use suse, apache2, mysql and php. What should I do now? [opensuse] How to avoid duplicate large emails ?

I am looking for a system to avoid duplicate large emails! E.g.: Peter found a nice pps file and send it to a couple of friends. One of them send this email to a couple of others (well, not only others, I am included again), .... I get the same email then over the time 10 times! I am looking for a way that people can "upload" the so important information and only send info about a new file stored there (or just let each friend subscribe via RSS). [opensuse] My SuSE can not write on hda2 and hda4 (other partitions).

Dear my friends... Mostly I use OpenSuSE 10.2 besides puppylinux and solaris in the same computer and the same harddisk. Puppy is in /dev/hda2 and solaris is in /dev/hda4. I create my "/etc/fstab" this way: patrikh@suseonthelap:~> cat /etc/fstab /dev/hda2 /media/sementara auto acl,user_xattr 1 2 /dev/hda3 / auto acl,user_xattr 1 2 /dev/hda4 /media/datatank auto acl,user_xattr 1 2 proc /proc proc defaults 0 0 sysfs /sys sysfs noauto 0 0 debugfs /sys/kernel/debug debugfs noauto 0 0 usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs noauto 0 0 devpts /dev/pts devpts mode=0620,gid=5 0 0 patrikh@suseonthelap:~> But with my non-computer administrator login account I can not write anything on hda2 and hda4. But I can read both of them. Please help me what's my mistake. [opensuse] switch fvwm to xfce

I've just installed opensuse 10.2 on an old machine - 500 Mhz chip with 384 MG RAM I selected a minimal X with xfce desktop. Once installed , X runs with fvwm rather then xfce - how to I configure X to use xfce - this isn't mentioned in any of the xfce documentation I can read. thanks, Gord -- Gordon J. ping smtp.pcmagic.net PING smtp.pcmagic.net (69.19.155.88) 56(84) bytes of data. ping: sendmsg: Network is unreachable --- smtp.pcmagic.net ping statistics --- 257 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 256255ms does this mean the mail server is down?
