XV under SuSE 6.1 - Help Please

Masquerade problem

Hi i have a problem I am use SuSE 6.0 Kernel 2.0.36 BIND 8 and 2 network card Masquerade work if i send a query via IP but via DNS name not resolve the name and any computer in the net surf. If set the squid proxy all machine surf. but i need other service (FTP TELNET etc..) and not is posible resolve DNS name into the intranet network. in the server the surf is ok not problem with the DNS request . Urgent: Hardware Mismap 2 or 3

I keep getting errors in my Syslog saying that there is a hardware mismap 2 or 3. Once this occurs my internet connection is lost and the only way is a cold reboot. Does this mean my Ethernet card is on the way out? I am goign away for 2 weeks and need to know what to replace. For what it's worth ... I spoke to SuSE USA last week. The lady I spoke to indicated that they would be using a fulfillment center from now on.
