[SuSE Linux] SMB mount problem

Dear all, When i do a smbmount i get the following failure. With kernel 2.0.36 it works perfectly. With kernel 2.2.2 it fails to mount. Via smbclient it works perfectly also under kernel 2.2.2. Has something changed in the smbmount commands? I cant find anything about it in the man file. Thank you very much. [SuSE Linux] SuSE 6.0 off-the-shelf box contents? (and two other questions)

1. I recently purchased the 6.0 distro at my localbook store (finally using those christmas gift certifcates) and in my excitement of finding the box front and center in the computer section I totally forgot to examine the package. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the seal on the top of the box had already been broken. Freaking out, I quickly examined the box's contents and found 5 cds in the jewel case, the 450 page manual (tres cool) and the registration card. The box cover only states that it contains the 5 cds and the book. I don't want to miss anything and I want to make sure I don't have to return it.. so is there anything else that should be in the box?? 2. This has probably already been discussed to death but, how the hell does one pronouce SuSE? I have been saying "sooze", like snooze or ooze but a coworker says it is "soozy", like the name Suzy (short for Susan). 3. [SuSE Linux] Network Card weirdness

When you plug my ethernet card into a hub(via ethernet, the hub segments that port. Why would it do that? Strange. Would Linux configuring the card wrong make it mad? Could the network card be running at full duplex? If so how can i turn that off. Specs: Suse 5.3 install from CD's. [SuSE Linux] Kernel 2.2.0-pre7

I am using the 2.2.0-pre7 kernel from SuSE Linux 6.0, but I've noticed that my serial mouse on COM1 is not working anymore.
