Hello to all openSUSE folks, we, the KommKino, are a small cinema in Nuremberg and where planning a Creative Commons short film night for September. Recently we noticed that your Summit will bei held from September 17 to September 20. Here's the idea: We could schedule our Creative Commons Night to a day of your summit so you can add it as an event to your programme. Since there is still quite some time left until September our team might even be able to work on an extended programme for all four days of the summit. Btw: admission will be free! Hello Mates, gnokii has given me today in interesting Ideas for our Business Cards. We can see in:https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Business_cards that fedora has an own Program. The Program asks the Variables, and creates an Ready for Printing PDF. The Program gives 2 Options for Order (2 different Pribt Services). We can try to build an package similar to them. Then we must search for available Printservice. In my view Vistaprint (http://www.vistaprint.com) are an good Printservice. [opensuse-marketing] [Ambassador program] A brief report on tonight ALE meeting

Guys, Tonight was my first outing as an Ambassador. I brought about 10 DVD total (5 X86_64 and 5 i386) and gave them all out. Next time I will burn more. Gave some business cards. Sorry I will scan what my wife did for me. She got Adobe. Sorry I know it not free, but I am still working on a card in Inkscape, but what I have see from other I like the sample design I have saw. Here is the cool part, I like to get some help with this. I got asked to speak either next month or in August on the state of openSUSE 11.1 to the group. Hi listmates, especially Ambassadors, We have discussed many issues about Ambassador program since it was launched and some new pages are made by volunteers. However, the Ambassador page has no 'link' section ATM and those pages are not easy for everyone to find. So I set up Category:Ambassador[1] for easy reference so that useful/important pages won't be buried deep. I want to ask you all to add the tag [[Category:Ambassador]] to the source of the pages you {made,will make} that are related to Ambassador program, so that we can find the links to those pages on Category:Ambassador[1] page.
