I'm amazed and astounded! For a mere 50 bucks [ gals spend more than that on a nail job] you can HAVE the CDs (in a nice case!) and with a dandy book that explains it all. If your boss is too cheap to jump at this, maybe you should find a better job, and leave him to his M$ world. And if you don't think you can afford this, you may wish to consider the worth of your time. And besides, why would you need a couple copies? It seems one would do nicely. Sell your TV and your stereo. You won't have time for them any more once you get SuSE cranked up. [S.u.S.E. Linux] How are the cdz broken up?

I have downloaded the entire distribution of suse linux and for preview purposes only wish to put it on cds. Can anyone tell me what contents are on what cds? If I can get this up and running and my boss likes it i can probably get him to but me a couple copies. Thanks. This is not related to SUSE but hopefully there's someone who knows the answer. In netscape mail, how do I get the DELETE function to delete the message from the mail file, ie, after I delete the message from netscape, pine can still view the message because it's still in the file. Reason I want this is so I will always be in sync regardless if I'm using pine or netscape (not at the same time though). -- Lou A. I have been having problems in that the installer stops after formatting the partitions with a message that says only that the intallation failed. There is no reason given in the error. I played with this for several hours last night. At one point I got the installer to put the software on the disk but then got many segmentation errors while the installer was doing things like mkdir, touch, cp. Wow, I'm honored to be receiving mail from the one and only. :) (no pun intended) Nah, try again. The bug that I tickled with E was the CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE keys... :) That part was intentional. The real problem isn't apparent in the stout info. I found on Deja News (Thank god for such a database) that there is an inherent incompatibility with 16bpp modes with that server and enlightenment. Also some probs with 32 bpp. I simple set the DefaultColorDepth in XF86Config to 15 and it fixed it right up. :) Thanks anyway! BTW, E will always kick KDE's butt...
