[opensuse] Keeping access to cd/dvd player

Some how, something got set to change the settings on the cd/dvd player dev. I have to keep changing permissions of /dev/sr0 to allow non-root access. Guys, Need a bit of help. I got a bash script I use to call up a group of boxes that I manage. In this script, am doing X forwarding via ssh, mybox_rxvt () { ssh -X cepayne(a)mybox.mydomain.com /usr/bin/xterm; } When I use my bash script I get the following error... Warning: No xauth data; using fake authentication data for X11 forwarding.arning: No xauth data; using fake authentication data for X11 forwarding. But if I just type ssh -X cepayne(a)mybox.mydomain.com /usr/bin/xterm from the CLI, it works. Why would calling that from a bash script not work but from the CLI, it would. What can I do to fix it. [opensuse] Automating Complex Firefox Window & Virtual Desktop Setup

Hi, I routinely keep several (often as many as a dozen) Firefox windows open, preserving them and their complement of tabs from one invocation of Firefox to another using the Session Manager functionality of the Tab Mix Plus extension. However, I find that putting all the windows on the proper virtual desktop and display with the proper size and visibility of the sidebar to be rather tedious. Does anyone know of any good solutions for capturing and automating the (re-) establishment of such a configuration?
