[S.u.S.E. Linux] Anyone with stable X windows using STB Velocity 128 AGP version?

I am using the latest XFree86 XSVGA server that includes support for the Nvidia Riva128 chip used in the Velocity 128, Viper V330, and ASUS 3D Explorer video cards. One of my machines has a Velocity 128 AGP version and I am having difficulty getting a stable display. Using xf86config from SuSE, I have generated a XF86Config file. X starts up w/o any errors. However, the display is jittery e.g. the vertical lines of the window panes display a jerky motion in the horizontal plane. I have read thru the README file for the chipset and tried all the tricks mentioned there and even run it in un-accel mode. The problem does not go away. However, the display is fine under Win95:( Thus, I cannot blame it as a hardware problem. On another machine, I have a Viper V330 PCI version. X works great on that machine. Has anybody else experienced this problem with Velocity 128 or it's equivalent (see above) AGP version? If so, were you able to solve it and how? Well, I registered a domain, so stop by if you're interested in what I'm going to do with the site. Eventually there will be current news, windowmaker content, and linux related content. Part of the site is up, MOST parts are under construction, and I'm sure I will be refining the whole thing as I go. My html experience dates back to Saturday at 3pm, so don't bother criticising my html skills, I know they suck. I'm doing everything in netscape for the time being. Anyway, I guess this will be a pretty much permanent thing. I have a dedicated connection and unless I boot to win95 to play Unreal, or decide to shutdown to give my pc the odd night off the site will be there 24/7. This has been enjoyable for me to set up Apache and design some content, I think the next step will be to hit Barnes and Noble and see if I can find a good book on designing web content. Ok, Let me set the scene. I have SuSe 5.2 installed, I have also snagged a copy of the updated kernel (2.0.24) from the suse ftp site but I have not compiled it yet. Does anyone know how I would mount a Fat32 Partition please. When I started sending out penguins some of my mail bounced. I figured it was because I had an image in the message. I have started receiving these bounce messages again. I only get them whem posting to S.u.S.E. Does anybody else have this problem? I installed GPM on my system. It starts up somewhere in the initialization scripts. However, I do not see the cursor when I move the mouse. Where should I begin to fix this problem? Thank you. My /proc/cpuinfo file is empty. I thought this file was supposed to keep a record of the CPU, and its relative bogomips performance, etc.. My CPU is a Cyrix P200+, and I'm using SuSE 5.2.
