Hola, Tengo otra sugerencia... ¿aún se puede sugerir? O:-) ¿Sería posible ordenar las columnas de la tabla? Orden dinámico o estático, pero al menos en la columna que lleva el nombre del archivo se facilitaría la tarea de localización si estuviera por orden alfabético como en la página de estadísticas... u ordenar por estado, para ver los que quedan pendientes de forma rápida, por ejemplo. http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/trunk/es/yast/index.php Hum... hay archivos nuevos ¿y qué hace un pot por aquí? :-? It's published on a test site (http://test.os-es.com.ar) The database was migrated, so I recommend you to change your password in the test site to avoid confusion. This function is mainly for people who don't have commits rights, they can upload a .tar file with the po files, the .po files are checked for valid headers and then updated in the file list as 'waiting commit'. The file is emailed to the users with commit rights. To test this function please check in your user preferences "User has svn commit rights" with 'yes' (so you can receive the email) At the top of the filelist you'll see the 'upload file' link. The system will accept only files assigned to the user who is uploading them. In the 'Administration' menu, you'll find a option called 'Waiting commit' where the upload files are listed, after the file is commited you can use this to update the status on the filelist. Hola, El hilo anterior ya está demasiado cargado. Ahora que ya hay un hosting, continuemos en este hilo. Ahora.... No veo como cambiar un fichero de estado Al pulsar en el icono para descargar el archivo, me abre una página del svn con el log del archivo. I'm a GNOME hacker, and with my new job, I'll be working on openSUSE. Since I want my desktop in a perfect french, I'm quite interested in translation, although I don't have time to translate. I've looked a bit about how the localization project in openSUSE work. It looks like it's working well right now, but there are always things to improve, I guess :-) Here are some rough ideas about where we might go in GNOME, or maybe just in the GNOME french translation team (it has not been widely discussed yet, hence the "might"). I'd love to know if the openSUSE translation teams would be interested in going the same way. Right now, in GNOME, we have only Damned Lies: http://l10n.gnome.org/ It's basically where we can get statistics about each translation, by languages/modules/modulesets/etc. It also enables the translators to download the latest version of the po file to complete the translation. I guess it's a bit similar to the current statistics page on i18n.opensuse.org, although Damned Lies seems to do a bit more In the french translation team, we also have vertimus: https://code.launchpad.net/vertimus (upstream project) http://gnomefr.traduc.org/suivi/ (server used for GNOME french translation) It's a tool to let the team work in a more efficient way. Basically, it lets people reserve a module for translation. When it's translated, the translator uploads a po file which is then proofreads by someone else. If everything is fine, it gets marked as "ready for commit" and someone with commit powers commits it. It gets all the statistics about modules from Damned Lies. We're trying to have the tool a bit more generic so it can be used by other teams. Now, we're also interested in pootle and transifex: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/index http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Transifex https://hosted.fedoraproject.org/transifex Pootle allows translators to translate po files in a web application, with translation memory and other cool stuff. Transifex makes it easier to commit a file, using a web form. (this simplifies things since it doesn't require svn/cvs/git/blabla access for translators and they don't have to learn about vcs if they don't want too). Note that we've not integrated those two tools yet, but they look promising to us. Integrating Transifex shouldn't be too hard. Pootle is harder, though. Oh, and the goal would be to have those tools optional, so translators can still use svn if they don't like Transifex. On the openSUSE side, I have the feeling that we could make use of Transifex in the short term, and maybe vertimus too. And perhaps Pootle in the long term. Un ejemplo sería el robot del Proyecto de traducción libre, que se encarga de comprobar la corrección de la cabecera y de la sintaxis de los ficheros PO enviados (ya lo hemos descrito en varias ocasiones en esta serie)[3]. No hay que explicar que un correo a la lista es arrob li.org, remitente Translation Project Robot <translation arroba iro.umontreal.ca>, y con hello-2.1.96 (94%, 2 untranslated) como tema nos está informando a los miembros del equipo español que el robot ha recibido y aceptado el fichero PO correspondiente al programa hello, versión 2.1.96, traducido en un 94% de sus cadenas, y que el fichero en ese estado ha sido añadido al almacén de ficheros PO que aloja el Proyecto de Traducción. Otro ejemplo destacable es el robot utilizado por el grupo de traducción al castellano de Debian; el robot, creado por Ricardo Javier Cárdenes Medina y puesto en funcionamiento en febrero de 2004[4], procesa mensajes como el siguiente Subject: [ITT] po-debconf://exim4 que equivaldría a decir Me hago cargo de la traducción po-debconf de exim4 [ITT] po-debconf://exim4 es un ejemplo de pseudo-url. Los pseudo-urls son el texto que se incluye en el asunto del mensaje para que el robot pueda discriminarlo del resto del tráfico en la lista. Tienen el siguiente formato: [(ITT|RFR|RFR2|LCFC|BTS#<num_bug>)] (po-debconf|po|debian-installer|man|wml)://<name> El estado (entre corchetes) puede ser ITT (Intent To Translate, Intención de traducción), RFR (Request For Review, Solicitud de revisión), ITR (Intent To Review, Intención de revisión), LCFC (Last Chance For Comment, última oportunidad para enviar comentarios). El tipo puede ser po-debconf (para plantillas de debconf), debian-installer (para partes del instalador), po, man (para páginas de manual) o wml (para ficheros plantilla del servidor de web). ¿Para qué sirve este sistema frente al uso del lenguaje natural? Para permitir la comunicación entre traductores en la lista y además que el robot pueda elaborar estadísticas del estado del ciclo de traducción: automáticamente se puede comprobar si un fichero ha sido traducido o no, si ha sido revisado (figura 3)... Sin embargo, a diferencia del robot del FTP, este robot no se encarga de subir el PO al almacén de traducciones completadas; serán los desarrolladores Debian con permisos suficientes los que podrán hacerlo. ++- Si esto se pudiera hacer, creo que suse podría asignar otra lista más para eso, conjunta para todos los proyectos quizás, y mantener el robot, claro, que permite a los que tienen asignado la traducción de un fichero determinado enviarlo sin problemas.
