[opensuse-factory] Package scheduled for removal: python-concurrentloghandler

Hi everybody, The package python-concurrentloghandler has been failing for > 120 days in openSUSE:Factory. The maintainers have been informed by email back in March. A bug, failed on June 17 (https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_ bug.cgi?id=985412) also remained unanswered. This email thus serves as an announcement that the package will be removed from the distribution on July 27 (in one week) UNLESS somebody steps up and fixes the package. Fixing the package is likely not going to be hard - who ever picks up the task though will have to pay extra care that updating the existing package to the new fixed one will work without issue. Hello everyone, As libreoffice on 13.2 is still set upon version 5.0 in order to get fixes (both normal and security). Updating the package is not hard per-se, the package is ready in the branch project [1]. One just need to create maintenance project for the libreoffice and include all the packages that are already present on openSUSE-13.2 and then over them include the ones that are not yet in the distribution. For those one needs to create proper name The hard part is actually testing if everything is still working after one prepares such an update. I mean, without branching the necessary packages from the other repository (which works, but takes a lot of time, especially for big packages, like rust). Hi all, I'm a new contributor, my first contribution is for the BSPWM window manager and its associated tool; SXHKD. BSPWM is a tiling window manager which is rather minimal but very powerful and configurable. It works by using a BSP tree to store tiles, this in turn gives it some unique functions such as parent/child selection, selection rotation, for example. It's very easy to configure and use. The author of bspwm has been trhowing around the idea of rewriting bspwm in Rust and also using Wayland/Weston but this isn't likely to happen in this year, or possibly at all. Yamagi Quake II is an enhanced client for id Software's Quake II. The main focus is an unchanged single player experience like back in 1997, thus the gameplay and the graphics are unaltered. However the user may use one of the unofficial retexturing packs. Ic comparison with the official client, over 1000 bugs were fixed and an extensive code audit done, making Yamagi Quake II one of the most solid Quake II implementations available. Other than most Quake II source ports Yamagi Quake II is full 64 bit clean, so it works perfectly on modern 64 bit processors and operating systems. Yamagi Quake II is supported on FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X, OpenBSD and Windows (XP or higher). Porting to other (POSIX compliant) systems should be easy. Features: - Anisotropic filtering. - Compatible with most mods. - From scratch rewritten savegame system. - Full 64 bit support. - Ingame soundtrack playback via OGG/Vorbis. - Full IPv6 support. - Mature and stable codebase. - Multisample anti-aliasing. - No gameplay and graphic enhancements, but optional support for retexturing packs and HUD scaling. - OpenAL for sound (supports surround sound, can be disabled). - SDL 1.2 or SDL 2 for input and rendering. - Support for unlimited screen size / resolutions. - Widescreen support.
