Subpackages: bind-chrootenv bind-doc bind-utils libbind9-1600 libdns1605 libirs1601 libisc1606 libisccc1600 libisccfg1600 python3-bind
- Removed "-r /dev/urandom" from all invocations of rndc-confgen
(init/named system/lwresd.init system/named.init in vendor-files)
as this option is deprecated and causes rndc-confgen to fail.
[bsc#1173311, bsc#1176674, bsc#1170713, vendor-files.tar.bz2]
- /usr/bin/genDDNSkey: Removing the use of the -r option in the call
of /usr/sbin/dnssec-keygen as BIND now uses the random number
functions provided by the crypto library (i.e., OpenSSL or a
PKCS#11 provider) as a source of randomness rather than /dev/random.
Therefore the -r command line option no longer has any effect on
dnssec-keygen. Leaving the option in genDDNSkey as to not break
compatibility. Patch provided by Stefan Eisenwiener.
[bsc#1171313, vendor-files.tar.bz2]
- Put libns into a separate subpackage to avoid file conflicts
in the libisc subpackage due to different sonums (bsc#1176092).

==== pipewire ====
Version update (0.3.10 -> 0.3.11)
Subpackages: libpipewire-0_3-0 pipewire-modules pipewire-spa-plugins-0_2 pipewire-spa-tools pipewire-tools
- Update to version 0.3.11:
* PipeWire improvements
+ Properly cleanup the mixer structures when a port is removed,
this should fix client crashes related to port config changes
and other random crashes.
+ Optimize the preferred formats in the audio converter. Higher
quality formats with higher performance are chosen first.
+ Make sure the time reported by pw_stream is always
increasing, even when the driver and clock changes.
+ There is now also a system service and socket that can be
used to enable PipeWire systemwide. This is however not
recommended and disabled by default.
+ Fix channelmixer 5.1 to stereo mix matrix. It was not reading
the conversion matrix correctly and cause channels to be
dropped. The channelmixer will now also normalize the volume,
like what pulseaudio does.
+ The channelmixer will now just copy channels when no layout
has been given. It has also optimized paths for this. This
makes it possible for apps to request > 8 channels from the
alsa plugin (ardour).
+ Port, Node and Link will now also emit an error on the
resources in addition to updating the error in the info. This
would make it easier to track negotiation errors in the
session manager later.
+ many small fixes and cleanups.
+ Fix compatibility:
- DOSBox: fix crash because of double free in pw_stream
* Session manager improvements
+ The session manager will now try to configure the client to
the channel configuration of the sink/source. It will only
do this for downmixing, never for upmixing and also never
when the client has the dont-remix property set. It will
also renegotiate the channel layout when moving a stream to
a new sink/source.
+ Configuration state is now saved in XDG_CONFIG_HOME.
Previously it was saved in $HOME/.pipewire-media-session/
You can migrate the state by moving the files to
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/pipewire-media-session (or
$HOME/.config/pipewire-media-session as a fallback when
XDG_CONFIG_HOME is not set).
* Device support
+ Bluetooth sources and sinks should work better now.
+ There is now also a new bluetooth backend using hsphfpd.
+ fix the ALSA UCM Off profile for alsa pcm devices
+ improve ALSA port and profile switching. The ACP device will
now switch to the best port and profile when availability
changes.
* PulseAudio layer improvements
+ Implement some more callbacks. The pulse layer will now also
notify applications of stream moved, started and latency
changes.
+ Fix error code when an object was not found. We now return
PA_ERR_NOENTITY instead of PA_ERR_INVALID.
+ Add some support for loading new null sinks. Applications
such as pulseeffects use this. Note that pulseeffects does
not yet work reliably but can start now.
+ Improve handling of profile and port updates, it should work
much more reliable now. Apps should now also again receive
volume updates from sinks/sources.
+ Fix compatibility:
- openal-soft 1.20
- pavucontrol (checks PA_ERR_NOENTITY)
* JACK layer improvements
+ improve default source and sink handling. It was not updated
correctly in all cases.
+ add samplerate and period to the pw-jack wrapper to easily
configure the desired samplerate and perdiod for the app.
* ALSA plugin improvements
+ Add a mixer entry in the alsa config file.
+ Implement support for planar types, rework the processing
function to make it more robust.
+ refuse to load the alsa plugin when linked against 0.2. This
catches some old apps linked against 0.2 that want to use the
alsa plugin.
+ Fix compatibility:
- linphone (ALSA SIGFPE when _status() is called
before _prepare()).
- Add patch from upstream to fix audio stutters in discord and probably
other applications when using alsa directly.
* 0001-alsa-dont-change-the-resampler-delay-value.patch
==== plymouth ====
Subpackages: libply-boot-client5 libply-splash-core5 libply-splash-graphics5 libply5 plymouth-dracut plymouth-plugin-label plymouth-plugin-label-ft plymouth-plugin-two-step plymouth-scripts plymouth-theme-bgrt plymouth-theme-spinner
- Add plymouth-no-longer-modify-conf-to-drop-isopensuse-macro.patch:
plymouth will use plymouthd.defaults instead of plymouth.conf and
packge plymouthd.defaults in a seperet RPM. this can avoid change
SUSE or openSUSE branding section with is_opensuse macro in the
config file. means this modification can close the leaps gap
(jsc#SLE-11637).
- Update plymouth.spec: Dropping gdm transition because it has
alreay deprecated by upstream. Removing git build dependency.
==== psutils ====
Version update (p17 -> 2.03)
- The previous update makes trhe patches
* psutils-flip.dif (is part of upstream now)
* psutils-p17.dif (does not apply due move from C to perl)
* psutils-pserror.dif (does not apply due move from C to perl)
obsolete
- Update to v2.03 (no changelog)

[opensuse-factory] Tumbleweed - Review of the week 2020/39
by Dominique Leuenberger / DimStar 25 Sep '20
by Dominique Leuenberger / DimStar 25 Sep '20
25 Sep '20
Dear Tumbleweed users and hackers,
During this week we have released ‘only’ three Snapshot (0919, 0922 and
0923). But some of you might have noticed that we are finally sending
the ‘build fail notification mails’ again, helping you be more laid
back, not having to look at your packages all the time, as the bot does
that for you. Unfortunately, due to some OBS issue, this feature was
broken for a little while.
The 3 snapshots we published contained these updates for you:
* KDE Frameworks 5.74.0
* Mesa 20.1.8
* firewalld 0.9.0
* Linux kernel 5.8.10
* Perl 5.30.3
Not as much change as in previous weeks and the list of staged changes
is thus largely unchanged. Currently there are:
* GNOME 3.36.6
* openssl 1.1.1h
* openssh packaging layout change: ‘openssh’ will be a meta package,
pulling in openssh-server and openssh-clients. This will allow for
fainer grained installation/removal of the server part where needed
* KDE Plasma 5.20 (currently beta being tested)
* glibc 2.32
* binutils 2.35
* gettext 0.21
* bison 3.7.1
* SELinux 3.1
* openssl 3.0
Cheers,
Dominique

next week.
I suppose this is now done. Yes?

===================================
4.2. openSUSE Leap Release Engineering
Owner: Max Lin, Guillaume, Michel
Max:
* bootloader_uefi test fail has been fixed after switch to booting with
SLE firmware https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/69832
* Updated the medium name to 15.2.1 everywhere to match the naming
schema
ftp-tree-builds are now working fine. We had an issue that we were not
able to finish ftp-tree-build Friday-Tuesday.
Issues with publishing ftp-stage media were out of date.
Adrian reverted the change which expected images to have 15.2.1 naming
scheme.
Do we want to have Update-test for Maintenance? Max did create
openSUSE:Jump:15.2:Update project.
Marcus: I can have a look at this if you give me list of project names
Jump 15.2.1 bump happened - We will keep 15.2 for services which may
otherwise have issues with the 15.2.1 version.
Guillaume: ARM
* FPC will be updated again in 15.2:Update with a fix for some
aarch64 machines
* VLC is missing on aarch64:
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1175972 3.0.11.1 pushed to
Maintenance:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Maintenance:14131/vlc.open…
* 32-bit ARMv7: Lubos to talk to PM. Meanwhile Guillaume will drive
the planning effort
Rudi: there is only one single box in IBS that can do ARM-32bit so
there would be veto from Autobuild team.
Adrian: it would have to be done retrospectively for SP0.
Adrian: either we have to rebuild SLE as it's inherited or simplify it
and risk the different build results. Or simply fork Factory.
Rudi: Ports for Jump? e.g. for RISC-V in the future.
Lubos will make sure that Guillaume has access to survey.opensuse.org
so we can ask our Users what's their usecases for 32bit ARM.
Michel:
for Jump:
ppc64le not working on bare metal
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1174166 I just created a
sr https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/834842 still pending
review.
Review granted
docker_runc test failed for ppc64le

for ppc64le/x86_64
java-1_8_0-openjdk-devel-1.8.0.252 for Leap15.2 not present in Jump15.2
I need more investigation for aarch64 failure.
podman issue: the openqa/registry differences
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1405349#step/podman_image/11
^ command 'podman pull
registry.opensuse.org/opensuse/leap/Jump:15.2/arm/images/totest/contain
ers/opensuse/leap:Jump:15.2' failed , 1) once we had the container
images then we will know the right path 2) Jump:15.2 here is VERSION
variable on openQA, we need to correct it in the openqa test
just created issue https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/71902
Max: Michel can you please get me the link for systemd-network issue?
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1176088
Let's get a list of packages that have to be rebuild in Jump as they
still contain branding (should not be that many). These packages should
have a CtLG Feature requests in jira.suse.com. Still pending
lkocman: to open task in progress-o-o
Adrian already re-published project manually but there is still some
work left to have it "implemented". Still pending. Lubos: to check o
the opensuse-admin issue.
===================================
4.3 SLE Release Management
Owner: Alex Herzig, Stefan Weiberg
Lubos will have to fork all packages which had CtLG changes implemented
in 15.3, as Jump is build on top of 15 SP2 Updates which will not have
these changes available.
===================================
4.4 Autobuild
Owner: Rüdiger Oertel Adrian Schroeter
https://api.opensuse.org/public/source/openSUSE?view=productlist&expand=1
^ Is resolved by Adrian. openSUSE Jump project needs to be made as part
of the official Product list in OBS.
Adrian: Marco has finished the version for the request cloning.
SLE requested triggered by openSUSE community (request comes from
external).
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump:OBS:SRMirroring
Marcus mentioned that user employees should not be trackable.
For embargoed issues it would be a topic, but if it's coming from
outside, that's not really issues.
We need to make sure that users are aware of the syncing.
Marcus: none of the bots leak confidential information.
Comments need to be anonymized.
Adrian: I'll talk to speak to Marco to add a text to submission so it's
clear that request is synced to OBS.
Marcus: Single line banner would be useful for our employees.
Fixed the sync to ftp-stage by reverting the iso naming scheme from
15.2.1 back to 15.2.
Do we really need the 15.2.1 number, it's seems to be just problematic
and we do not use it anywhere in deliverable names etc.
Adrian still need to provide SLE maintenance updates in a form of
consumable ftp tree in form of installation.
https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/70957
Adrian needs confirmation from PM that they're okay with his proposal.
Marco is working on the osc packtrack which should help us to see
product changes that happened in between builds or over some period of
time.
===================================
4.5 Maintenance
Owner: Stephan Barth
Maintenance setup for Jump/Leap 15.2.1
https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/70957
Marcus: needs to know how to set it up, so we can setup announce tools.
We don't have test-updates at this tome.
Marcus: one test project for openSUSE:Jump it's
openSUSE:Jump:15.2.1:Update. we're currently blocked on repo-layout
decision, which is blocked on geo-location/ECR.
Backports are currently the best effort for Updates. We might need to
revisit backports.
Lubos and Woflgang will create documentation about handling Backports
submit requests until next Friday. This is currently gray area for
openSUSE release team.
The current way we think is that we would aggregate updates from SLE,
openSUSE Backports and Jump for any branding/pattern/000*
changes. This could be perhaps then aggregated to a single repository,
so user does not end up with subscribing to 3 different repositories.
Marcus: the backports parts seem to be weird, because the backports
repo has a lower quality.
https://en.opensuse.org/index.php?title=Portal:Jump/Policy/ChangeValidation - reference to
backports
Marcus is currently concerned about quality of the backports as there
is no openQA
Marcus agrees on the mini-interlock idea currently aiming signoff to
mid of October 2020.
Stefan is fine with mini interlock proposal as well.
===================================
4.6 Security
Owner: Marcus Meissner
No security concerns at this moment.
Secure boot: will we use SUSE signed bootloader, since we use SUSE
signed shim, kernel, grub2.
We will use SLE bootloader. If we'd rebuild it will be a problem.
What about Virtualbox which is is signed just by openSUSE key.
We should have perhaps shim which allows to load both signatures, or
kernel that allows both signatures.
Max the problem si about kernel config and KMPs. SLE kernel has pretty
strict lockdown.
mockbuild dialog during boot could be an option.
Lubos to reach out to kernel team.

4.10 Engineering - Kernel
Owner: Libor Pechacek
Still discussing options for Unified kernel. Kernel engineering team is
currently in favor of using same kernel for SLED and openSUSE Leap.
===================================
4.11 Engineering - Desktop
Owner: Frederic Crozat
New plymouth was accepted in 15-SP3, including CtlG submission, this
should be used for Jump. Other CtlG features are being integrated in
SLE atm.
===================================
4.12 Quality Assurance / Migrations
Owner: Marita Werner, Heiko, Wei Gao
Wei: zypper issue was fixed so we can test as soon as a new build is
published.
Jump -> SLE scenario we have found a blocker issue. Issues is blocked
on Lubos who needs to fill questionary for SCC/happy-customer team
Lubos to confirm what architectures need to be tested. So far the
x86_64 is the only one which is tested.
Leap -> Leap scenario we're blocked on JIRA feature. We can only give
support but we can't commit to do entire testing.

[opensuse-factory] Closing The Leap Gap Weekly Update Meeting - interlock for Jump 24.09.2020
by Lubos Kocman 24 Sep '20
by Lubos Kocman 24 Sep '20
24 Sep '20
Hello openSUSE
These are notes from an ad-hoc discussion with SLE PM about criteria
for the interlock signoff.
Please reach out to me in case you see some additional criteria that
should be signed-off and support go/nogo decision for Jump/Leap 15.2.1.
Meeting notes can be found here:
https://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/ClosingTheLeapGap-20200924-interlock-discus…
Attendees: lkocman, sbehlert
Topics:
Geolocation availability of packages signed with SUSE key
Could be a threat to ECR, as rpms would be available to all countries.
Could be a problem with some specific countries. This is under
investigation with the Legal department.
openSUSE Jump 15.2.1 interlock what are we signing off on October 19th.
Signoff will be done by CtlG Weekly update stakeholders
https://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/ClosingTheLeapGap-meeting
1. The Availability of SUSE signed rpms without a geolocation limit.
Simplified can we ship it?
2. Migration of Leap 15.2 to Leap 15.2.1. Not necessarily the older
releases. Our docs say you need to migrate from release to release and
follow the n+1 migration scenario (do not skip any release in between).
3. Migration from Leap 15.2.1 -> SLE 15 SP2 is working
We need to document that the user needs to enable update repositories,
or the user has to use the image for the latest Quarterly Update
4. No blockers on openQA https://openqa.opensuse.org/group_overview/75
soft fails or documented known issues are okay
5. Maintenance setup is set up and tested
6. All features that are implemented in SLE-15-SP3 need to be currently
rebuilt in openSUSE Jump (with is_opensuse) so we do not regress in
features.
7. With exception of features that were rejected and the openSUSE
community agreed to drop feature (currently only qemu-kvm/SDL2
integration)
8. Avoid build failures, unless an exception was granted for a
particular package.
9. Sign off on the current setup Jump build infrastructure as far as
submission and pre-integration workflow goes.
10. SLE Feature requests can be filed by community
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump:OBS:SRMirroring
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump/Policy/SubmitRequests
Proposal: Dominique should be informed as well. openSUSE Release team
has currently following stakeholders: Guillaume, Michel, Lubos, Max

Hi,
since twups is a really useful tool for checking "the most stable"
Tumbleweed snapshot, I packaged this script.
It is an ease of use script for updating a Tumbleweed installation to
the latest as "stable marked" snapshot according to Boombatower. The
script can only adjust the repositories or can also starts the update.
It uses tumbleweed-cli to do so and is basically a wrapper around it.
twups is often advertised on reddit as a update vehicle for Tumbleweed
users. I hope that the package can be moved into Factory. If not, feel
free to let me know about it ;-)
Best regards
Stefan

Do we need any further review?
Please ping me not more than 10 minutes after the meeting otherwise
I'll send it as Jump update to factory@and project@.
## openSUSE Tumbleweed
* The DNS issues on openQA have mostly been resolved (new DNS in the
SUSE/DMZ is referenced) - except the new DNS server filters out dnssec
records which causes some few issues in tests. We still have ariel
configured to use Google's DNS Servers for now
* build fail notification mails are live again. The underlying OBS
issue has been fixed
* Systemd 246 is now in TW. 'security issue' detected: yast user
creates users now with DES encrypted passwords (somehow parses systemd
output wrongly and this causes it to fallback to DES) -
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1176714
## ddemaio
* openSUSE + LibreOffice Conference
* Speaker registration will be available in two weeks
* Still waiting on confirmation of keynotes
## Dirk

Tumbleweed:
* Still the GNOME X11 bug with virtio (also affects x86):
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1168992
Jump: is in better shapes, but still few issues to address:
* VLC is still missing on aarch64 and ppc64le , but an update is on
the way to Leap:15.2:Update -
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1175972
* openSUSE vs SUSE signing keys for Secureboot is now fixed:
https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/69832
WSL: WIP to have WSL on aarch64 on
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:Guillaume_G:WSL The goal
is to have WSL-DistroLauncher package built for aarch64.
32bit ARMv7: Lubos to talk to PM. Meanwhile Guillaume will drive the
planning effort.
## Gerald || Marina
No good or bad news. Marina was looking at Community feature requests
status.
If there are other features pending ECO approval, feel free to reach
out to me.
We will have jira partner setup for openSUSE done this week. Confirmed
with JIRA team.
Neal Gompa will be the first person who can file direct "partner"
feature requests against SLE in jira.suse.com.
Next people will follow.
## Max
* bootloader_uefi test fail has been fixed after switch to booting with
SLE firmware https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/69832
* Updated the medium name to 15.2.1 everywhere to match the ftp tree
version number
lkocman: Perfect thank you! Did Adrian already changed the sync?
depends which publish script we are using currently, if it is
publish_distro then it needs a update for sure, if there is another
one, then I've no idea.
* Finally a new build was there Build82.6, will force publish it to see
how did publishing work
* Will debugging fails to add official repository during installation
once new content be published
* I'll be on holiday next week
Lubos: PM-2094 - Allow vendor change from openSUSE -> SUSE, SUSE ->
openSUSE on the Leap installation media.
Still pending
A new feature request aginst OBS team to have ftp-tree jump builds done
under 4 hours, so we can do multiple builds a day (OBS-75). It takes
currently 1.7 TB of cache for downloads.
Max: if the ftp-tree build takes more than 4 hours the download already
failed.
:ToTest publishing happens it was just triggered manually by
Adrian. We do publish from :ToTest to staging.
Publish ftp-prod is blocked on admin(a)opensuse.org request.
Lubos and Max to check on this topic. There is a ticket
Adrian re-published Jump manually due to work regarding release-
compare/obsgendiff
## Michel
enable microOS openQA tests for TW ppc64le on o3,

## Overview of Commmunity SLE Feature Requests (See details in
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Leap/SLEFeatureRequests )
(This section will be newly part of ReleaseEngineering meeting minutes)
* Hardware enablement printing/scanners: Update sane to 1.0.29 (PM-
2118) - Pending TPM eval (ECO approved)
- Aiming for maintenance update for SLE-15-SP2:Update. Pending ECO
Approvals.
* DNF for SLE / Leap Next (PM-2044) - Status is NEW
- List of benefits was put together by Neal Gompa and Daniel Mach
- Request was raised to PM attention
- A lot of discussion over the entire July (this topic got really good
visibility).
A TODO list from mls that is making it really difficult
No offering of solutions if there are dependency problems (dnf just
exits)
No concept of package vendors
No support for products
Completely different handling of maintenance updates, i.e. no support
of patches
No support for patterns
No support for translations
No support for modalias() supplements to install needed kernel modules
No support for language supplements
metalink support in librepo only for a complete repository, i.e not
file based. This does not fit our download redirector
No support for services
No support for product licenses
No support for L3 tags
Different lock handling
Does not understand a repo consisting of multiple media
I don't see how YaST can work with libdnf
* Update Remmina to 1.4.8 (PM-2181)
- Waiting for PM evaluation
* Add python 3.8 support (PM-1482) - New awaiting PM evaluation
- Originally requested for Blender but, now it seems like people
generally ask for 3.8 to be available.
- Notified PM that this topic is getting attention
- Packaging team is working on py38 39 etc via koinstall
- python38 request for Factory
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:B
* Please update glibc to 2.29 or newer (PM-2030) - Under Evaluation
- Originally reported as
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1173761
- Deferred to the next release, can't be done as a maintenance
update.
- Currently under evaluation for SLE 15 SP3. PM is in favor of the
request.
* Update Apparmor to 2.13.4 (PM-1983) - In Progress, TPM Evaluation is
done
Defered to SP3
Hi Lubos, apparmor in SLE15 SP2 is already at 2.13.4. However, it is
not at what Christian wants it to be. Christian has put a big patch
called changes-since-2.13.4.diff to upgrade it. This was agreed to be
released in SP3
* add authselect for managing auth stack configuration (PM-1881) -
Pending PM Evaluation
- Aiming for 15 SP3
- PM generally likes the idea, we're looking for a feedback from
Security team. Security team wants to hear feedback from Architect as
there seems to be an overlap with pam-config.
- Thorsten (Architect) mentioned that we'll have to find resources
for pam-config modification as he doesn't have time for it. Any help
from community side would be appreciated!
* Update libcdio required by python-pycdio 2.1.0 and whipper (PM-1801)
- Approved
- Will be implemented in SP3:GA

[opensuse-factory] Update on Jump and Leap 15.3 and proposed roadmap for the next steps
by Lubos Kocman 23 Sep '20
by Lubos Kocman 23 Sep '20
23 Sep '20
Hello openSUSE!
We have some exciting news to share about the openSUSE Jump effort!
**COMMUNITY FEATURE REQUESTS**
We will have a https://jira.suse.com partner setup for openSUSE this
week! Confirmed by the SUSE Jira team.
Access to partner project will allow openSUSE Leap contributors to see
updates on community feature requests in JIRA and be able to comment on
requested information or request information. Same process as for all
SUSE partners. Neal Gompa agreed to be in the initial pilot. Thank
you, Neal!
We'll enroll more people as soon as we know it works properly.
Submit Request redirection and mirroring from Jump (OBS) -> SLE 15
(IBS) is already in place.
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump:OBS:SRMirroring
This new OBS feature will allow openSUSE Leap contributors to submit
code changes "directly" against SUSE Linux Enterprise without having
SRs rejected (unless they failed review :). More in the policies
section below.
OBS team is still working on the sync of updates from IBS back to OBS,
but the page should reflect what's intention.
**POLICY DOCUMENTS**
The landing place for all Jump related information
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump
All openSUSE Leap contributors should have a look at Jump submit
requests documentation.
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump/Policy/SubmitRequests
The document should have links to most of the related documents.
**ROADMAP for openSUSE Jump AND openSUSE Leap 15.3**
https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Roadmap
I've put together a draft schedule for Jump 15.2.1 and also a draft
schedule for openSUSE Leap 15.3
GO/NOGO for releasing Jump as openSUSE Leap 15.2.1 will happen right
after the OSLO conference.
No matter of GO/NOGO decision for 15.2.1. Leap 15.3 development will
start on November 4th. Otherwise, the same date would be the openSUSE
Leap 15.2.1 GA.
