hi list, hi stefan,
is it possible, that todays update of the XOrg repo
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XOrg/openSUSE_11.1
ist broken?
when trying to update i get this dependency error:
#### YaST2 conflicts list - generated 2009-02-26 08:49:57 ####

#### YaST2 conflicts list END ###
it seems, that the package xorg-x11-7.4-16.1.x86_64 misses at least the lib
libXaw7.so.7.
i cecked the povides-list, and it's really not there.
libs which are also missing are:
libXaw6.so.6
libXaw8.so.8

Hi folks,
today I upgraded from the current openSUSE xorg repository:
http://download.opensuse.org/pub/opensuse/repositories/X11:/XOrg/openSUSE_1…
and I have to state that this is _totally_ broken. When trying to restart X11,
you get
module ABI major version (4) doesn't match the server's version
That means no X11 for me right now. Any fixes pending? This is _very_ bad
right now.
Yesterday everything was ok, the latest updates crashed everything.
Thanks!
Take care

Actually the problem not only the system tray icon :-)
When I play with kwin like rotating the cube, it is so heavy and there
is a warning about the composite.
Also I feel the Google Earth moving so slow (well, i don't have the measurement)
Actually it solved when I used X11:XOrg repo based on
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19242#c54
Now I revert it back to repo-oss (Q3-2008 version), the system tray
icon appear again. But the problem mentioned in
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19242 happen also.
Where I can get the rpm version you mentioned on the bfo or should I
make another bug report?
Thanks in advance

Hi list,
I just updated the Mesa, libdrm, and Xorg from
download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XOrg/openSUSE_11.1/
Now my system tray icons seem to have problem. It is there, but the
icon is disappear.
I use Intel GM45, and KDE 4.2 from Factory:Desktop.
Other icons in panel is ok. Anyone with the same problem?
