Hi all, yesterday i've made an update to M8 by "zypper dup". Maybe two weeks ago i've done a installation of M7 from scratch with the network-installation CD and since then i had updated it from time to time by "zypper up". Last time maybe 4 days ago. Hey Group; I have been chasing down a Firefox and Opera problem . The problem is something is calling up Adobe acroread multiple times before it calls up the program. Using "Exit" kills acroread for a second or so and up it comes again. This goes on over and over until it stops and then up comes the program. Hi, I have a Canon ip4300 with the Gutenprint driver installed, but when I print, everything is "grey" meaning that wherever should be only color, is still a lot of black printed. Hey SuSE; mkinitrd and/or grub is giving a error stating that it can not deal with sda7. I assume that is because a partition type EXT4 issue. This box is a i686 with IDE drives and one USB drive. NOTE: "/" is /dev/sda7 and is EXT4 (as shown in /etc/fstab" . I removed some of the fstab info to save bandwidth. Under 11.1 I have installed Twinkle and SQLite3. Works without a problem. With 11.2 I can only install Twinkle when I install SQLite2. Hi . Well just done a zypper up on my laptop running MS7 . it claims to have updated the kernel to 2.6.31-10.1 from 2.6.31-9 But i did not have -9 on the machine it was -8 on it . Why is that checkinstall can not write a RPM file in /usr/src/packages/BUILDROOT. This is something which showed up in M7 previous version of M6 back worked correctly.
