Hello List,
how can I get back the ability writing accents on my KDE3-desktop?
My System is openSUSE 13.1 with KDE3 (3.5.10 release 262) from
inofficial Suse-repos. I'm using the keyboard layout with dead keys.
Under KDE4 all applications can work with accents. Under KDE3 there
is no application writing accents.
Writing accents is active (kcontrol).
Any hints (or is this behaviour a bug)?.
Thanks,
Helga

Hello,
we try to install kde3 on Tumbleweed.
DISPLAYMANAGER in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager ist set to "kdm3" , but
Systemd can't start the KDM.
Systemd seems to wait for a PID-File "kdm3.pid", but a "kdm.pid" is
created.
/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc shows that the default for the
pidfile is /var/run/kdm.pid
So I think the Default-pid-file in kdm3 is wrong.
Is there a Bugzilla for kde3?
Regards
Daniel
