[opensuse-kde3] Missing writing accents

Hello List, how can I get back the ability writing accents on my KDE3-desktop? My System is openSUSE 13.1 with KDE3 (3.5.10 release 262) from inofficial Suse-repos. I'm using the keyboard layout with dead keys. Under KDE4 all applications can work with accents. Under KDE3 there is no application writing accents. Writing accents is active (kcontrol). Any hints (or is this behaviour a bug)?. [opensuse-kde3][TW] crashes every startup

KDesktop http://fm.no-ip.com/Tmp/Linux/KDE/kdesktopTWgx280kcrash.txt KDE Daemon http://fm.no-ip.com/Tmp/Linux/KDE/kdedTWgx280kcrash.txt KDE Panel http://fm.no-ip.com/Tmp/Linux/KDE/kickerTWgx280kcrash.txt besides those 3 crashes on every session start, on multiple TW installations, 32 bit and 64 bit, there are no KDE system sounds, even though YaST2 test sound works and sound on Youtube in FF works. Everything else KDE3 that I tried seems OK. Is this only happening here? Anyone besides me use KDE3 in TW? There doesn't seem to be any KDE3 in TW bugs in BZ, and only one in openSUSE changed in past 13 months. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive." Hello World, I did use successfully the "wall" commande, but it does not work now (or did I forget all ?) on my Oss13.2 + KDE3. I would like a shell script executed as root to use "wall".
