[opensuse-factory] df command and live CD

Hello Yesterday, with my live CD kde4 RC2, I was trying to install kde3 pattern related packages and uninstalling kde4 ones. In all these steps (until I went out of free space) the command df -h was always reporting 100% of free space. Is it normal for a live CD? [opensuse-factory] Kontact in KDE4

I just updated the Factory Version and there were just a few updated for kdepim. Now when i start kontact it crashes. The applications itself (i tried kmail and akkregator) are working. Does someone else sees this problem? Will see what i can find and open an bug. It still forgets to keep or add such two lines in lilo.conf: other = /dev/hda9 label = macos 2/ Even if the load is just 0.03, the area next to the touchpad stays rather hot. Is this where the HD is located? PulseAudio has been discused previoulsy in this lists: - http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2007-11/msg00173.html - http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-packaging/2008-03/msg00051.html It was saw like an ESD replacement for Gnome, but that had nothing to aport to KDE. After all, a sound server is only an extra layer that gives us mixing... and latency. And since we already have mixing though dmix a sound server doesn't makes any sense, true? Well, we were wrong. I would like to reopen the PulseAudio in KDE debate. But this time everybody must read this before: http://0pointer.de/blog/projects/pulse-glitch-free.html Looks like PulseAudio doesn't give us only network transparency. [opensuse-factory] proxy-management of yast2 bug?

Normally I m using no proxy while installing new packages. Today it was necessary to to configure a proxy. Yast2 package-manager worked fine with the proxy-settings but after deactivating the proxy when moving into another network yast2 did not find the repos until a reboot of the system.
