[opensuse-buildservice] Factory has duplicate libraries

hi, At the moment, when a package tries to compile against factory, I get several errors with Libs. It looks like the old library names and the new ones are available, thus causing a 'have choice for [...] needed by [...]. The libraries I spotted so far are: libopenssl-devel / openssl-devel libtiff3 / libtiff I'm quiet sure there might be even more hiding inside. [opensuse-buildservice] openSUSE:10.3 got updated to final state

Hi, JFYI, the OBS does use the hopefully final packages to build 10.3 packages.
