[opensuse-buildservice] enabling networking for workers

Hello All, I'm running a private instance and I'd like to enable networking on my workers so they can build some java apps, via maven, which need to download pom's/war's from the net. [opensuse-buildservice] Leap in OBS

I can see that some projects are already building for Leap_42.1, but it is not in the checkboxes on Repositories tab on OBS project page, and in advanced repo UI there are so many of them that it is quite confusing. [opensuse-buildservice] osc doesn't work on new installation: M2Crypto is needed to access https://api.opensuse.org in a secure way

Dear all! On a freshly installed LEAP PC I'm seeing this issue invoking osc commands: > osc up /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/M2Crypto/__m2crypto.so: undefined symbol: SSLv2_method M2Crypto is needed to access https://api.opensuse.org in a secure way. Please install python-m2crypto. Of course python-m2crypto is already installed. Very similar issues can be found at https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-buildservice/2015-09/msg00015.html https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-buildservice/2015-09/msg00014.html - unfortunately there is no solution. We are happy to announce the first preview release of the upcoming Open Build Service (OBS) version 2.7. Notes for using systemd ----------------------- OBS is using init scripts, not systemd style service files. This will stay that way until we have switched from SLES 11 to SLES 12 as default production platform. openSUSE installations may use systemd (instead of sysvinit) and it should work in general but there can be problems (fetching the service status or restarting services). [opensuse-buildservice] Best way to keep local Installation updated

We have a local installation of obs running on ESX Server for a few years. We have problems every time we have to update the OBS server to a current version. If we start with the Appliance from http://openbuildservice.org/download/other/ would we be able to keep that Installation updated? Can we then simply update the appliance by downloading the new Image and deploy it to the Server? JFYI, The universe repo exists as optional build target now in Ubuntu:16.04 project since ubuntu 16.04 has many critical devel packages moved there. You need to change from "standard" repo to "universe" to use it.
