Hello All,
I'm running a private instance and I'd like to enable networking on my
workers so they can build some java apps, via maven, which need to
download pom's/war's from the net. I ask google but he wasn't much
help so I'm hoping someone here can help;-)
How can I go about doing this?

Not sure what the correct list is to report mirror issues, but
http://tux.rainside.sk/opensuse/ is empty.

Hi.
There is a ghost package in my OBS home project. I'm using the web interface,
not the command line one. If you go to
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:jcsl:LXDE
you can see the real 10 packages in the Packages box on left side, but if you
look in the Build Results box, on the right side, you see 11 next to the
"succeeded" text. If you then click the succeeded link you find the
pcmanfm-1.2.0-beta1 package, and if you click on its link you get a Package
"pcmanfm-1.2.0-beta1" not found in project "home:jcsl:LXDE", as expected. It
even appears in the scheduled and building states when something I'm building
triggers its build (I don't know how can this be).
Any hints?
Greetings.

In packman its often requested create a new package which just links
back to OBS. But the SR would always expand the _link in the destination
project, so the actual content and intent is lost.
What has to be done to copy the pkg contents as is from source prj to
destination prj via a submit request?

Hi, guys
I am trying to build the internal build service as well as integrate the build service with our development flow. Currently, our packages are maintained in svn and git.
I want to learn that how does suse manage the packages and projects in build service backend. E.g. What happened in obs server after osc commit? I do not mean that how does the build service fetch the code through service.
I heard from irc that suse use some sort of file based method to do this. If it is true, where could I find feature lists and/or source code?
thanks

Hello,
Some Questions.
- Is it possible to use a few ioDrive PCIe Solid State Memory cards [ 80
,160 or 320GB cards ] [1] to handle big obs build jobs ,speed-up build
service.
e.g kernel, java, libreoffice factory builds.
- Also is it possible to use ioDrive with x86_64 pre-built image to copy
as build for big build jobs.
- Be interesting with just 1 card and say how many packages it builds in a
day [keep stats about these details]

Unparalleled Performance Density
The ioDrive is a revolutionary new solid state technology that
dramatically increases bandwidth and application performance, reduces
latency, and simplifies your IT infrastructure, all while slashing capital
and operating costs.
Fusion's ioDrive dramatically improves application response times with a
persistent, high-performance, high-capacity ioMemory tier. It enables data
decentralized architectures that move terabytes of process-critical data
into servers. This minimizes application latency to deliver groundbreaking
improvements to computing performance, while greatly reducing hardware
infrastructure, maintenance, floor space, and energy costs. Minimizes
latency and eliminates I/O bottlenecks by integrating with host servers as
a memory tier extension.
Accelerating Your Data
Integrates with servers at the system bus and kernel level, creating a
new Flash memory tier
Not an Solid State Disk (SSD) - easily outperforms dozens of SSDs and
a single server
Accelerates applications, improves response times, and boosts
efficiency
Reduces storage latencies and eliminates I/O bottlenecks
Delivers the performance of thousands of disk drives in a single
server
From 160GB - 640GB of enterprise-grade, solid-state Flash
Easy to use, highly reliable

Hey list,
anybody got problems creating a new sub-project in your home-project?
Doing so throws a "403 - Forbidden" at me :/
Any ideas? (I already have several older sub-project)
Greetings,
Tobias

Hello,
I have a few projects in my opensuse build home project. They build
successfully for opensuse 13.1 but they are stuck in 'scheduled'
status for a long time now (month).
Can you take a look at it and force it to build for 13.2 please?
For example:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:wildnux/dkms-clevo_wmi
I have this Sager clevo custom build laptop and my keyboard light does
not work properly without that module. I just upgraded to 13.2 and
wanted to install it but it does not build.
Thanks & Regards,
Shekhar Neupane
