- ant-jdepend
- ant-junit
- antlr
- ant-nodeps
- ant-trax
- bcel
- cryptix
- jakarta-commons-beanutils
- jakarta-commons-collections
- jakarta-commons-daemon
- jakarta-commons-dbcp
- jakarta-commons-digester
- jakarta-commons-discovery
- jakarta-commons-el
- jakarta-commons-fileupload
- jakarta-commons-launcher
- jakarta-commons-logging
- jakarta-commons-modeler
- jakarta-commons-pool
- jakarta-commons-validator
- jakarta-taglibs-standard
- jdepend
- junit
- log4j
- mx4j
- oro
- puretls

For SLE-10:
- jakarta-commons-discovery
Could they please be added? There are probably more packages missing, don't
know.

Daniel

Hey,
I wanted to build a new version of vte for myself, and trying to check
it out of the openSUSE:10.2 project I get the following error:
[joe@posthaste ~/opensuse]$ osc co openSUSE:10.2 vte
A openSUSE:10.2
A openSUSE:10.2/vte
Error: can't get
'https://api.opensuse.org/source/openSUSE:10.2/vte'
HTTP Error 404: Not Found
I get similar errors if I try to check it out of GNOME:Unstable or
GNOME:Stable. Checking it out of openSUSE:Factory works, though.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe

Hi,
some buildservice repos are broken for me.
I can't run YOU or zypper with them included and if I remove them I
cannot readd them:
"Unknown Error: Downloading metadata failed (is YUM source?) or user did
not accept remote source. Aborting refresh."
It seems that repos which were modified recently are broken. I haven't
touched my own one and it still works, but the openSUSE-Tools and the
mozilla repo doesn't work for me anymore.

Hi,
I just released a new osc package.
No fancy new features, but an important bugfix regarding merging of
upstream changes with local modifications. There was a bug which could
loose the local modifications. So, please update.
Thanks,
Peter

Hi,
This continues an earlier effort I made in late 2006 to get scipy and
numpy working on opensuse.
Last weekend, I installed opensuse 10.2 from scratch on an amd x86_64
system. I installed blas, lapack, fftw, numpy, scipy, and matplotlib,
from the 10.2 repo or the opensuse build service. I can run python
2.5 fine. Then,
>> from numpy import *
loads numpy, and basic things like sqrt() work. However,
>> from scipy import *
gives an error, with an undefined symbol in fblas (part of BLAS I
gather); see transcript below.
As I remember, in late 2006 there are a lot of problems with what
fortran compiler (g77 vs gfortran) was used. Either way, if anyone
has any ideas for how to fix this, please share them!
Cheers,
David

The problem is that we actually have two repositories, one for building
packages and the other one on software.opensuse.org. The building
repository is often in an inconsistent state when some packages were
changed and a rebuild is in progress. When the rebuild is complete,
the building repository is synced to software.opensuse.org.
The building repository is currently one-arch only.
Cheers,
Michael.

Hello,
can one of the admins please cleanup home:cboltz?
There are some packages that should never have been built (I disabled
some targets too late :-/ ).
courier-authlib* might even affect building maildrop because

Hi!
I recently had some *.noarch.rpm packages built on the build service and
noticed that they're also built on i586 and x86_64.
For sure, I could disable building on one of those two archs, but I simply
forgot.
So I wonder whether it would make sense to build some intelligence into the
build service to have such pkgs only built on one arch and automatically
disable the others? This might help save again some percentage of build power
if stupid users like me use it...

Hi there,
I activated the build for a package I have created in the OpenSuSE build
service, for the following targets:
SL 10.1 i586 x86_64
OpenSUSE 10.2 i586 x86_64
Everything worked fine, except for the 10.2/x86_64 target, where I get
an error that seems to be Xen-related.
Is this a problem witht he build environment, or should I do something
special in my spec file (though I'm conviced running in a Xen
environment should be transparent when building / packaging a library).
Here is the log form the failing build:
