Hi,
I'm confused by the new UI and task system...eg:
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/207771
It's an outgoing SR to Factory made by other people.
The package is currently located at M17N:fonts
So basically it means..."it's none of your business"...
But it displays as a task for me in my page...
What more interesting is...I _can_ review although it's a SR opened
for Factory-review-team and legal-team...
Any progress change or...?
(I can do the job if necessary, but I want to check if it's necessary)

I try to submit package to openSUSE:13.1:Update using Firefox ESR
17.0.11. I press Create submit request, get pop up window, enter
target repo name. After that pop up window is filled with list of
pending requests making Submit button invisible. There is no scroll
bar, which means I have no way to actually submit it.
Using Internet Explorer I do not even get as far as pop up window ...

This is another HUGE thing I've been dealing with.
I tried to "un-publish" a package that I built, and the changes do not
stick.

As you can see, it goes away. Then I deleted a package to regenerate the
repo. It comes back.
Then I tried disabling build completely. Still there.
The only way I think I can make this go away is to change the project.
Why is this? The build in the Web UI was 1.3, not 1.1. 1.1 is when I
tried unpublishing it in the first place.
What's the correct way to remove something from the yum repo, but still
leave the sources in the system?

I fixed the bug and deployed a workaround, so just try again.

Hello,
I don't know if this is the proper place (if not I apologize), but I am
having issues logging into https://build.opensuse.org/. When I type in
my username and password I get redirected back to the home page. I know
that I have the proper username/password combo because when I type it
incorrectly I get an error message on a seperate login page.
Any help would be appreciated.
I created an SR for the server:monitoring repo earlier today and it
say's it's "Superseded by 207488" which is itself. Does anybody have
an idea how this could be and how it can be cleared?

I have enabled oS 13.1 for my various things in OBS. However, the builds have
not triggered. Should it happen, or does that wait for the release of oS 13.1?

moin,
I'm currently trying to compile Kernel:HEAD on a private OBS instance for
armv7l. compilation happens via qemu-user on an x86_64 system. i linked the
project from the main buildservice into my instance.
Most of the packages in that project are now "unresolvable" with "nothing
provides dwarfextract".
That BuildRequire is wrapped in an architecture check for s390 but triggers
anyway.
I suspect this might be due to wrong extraction of BuildRequires from the
spec and what is described here:
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Specfile_guidelines#OBS_Caveat
If i completely remove that dependency in the spec file, i get similar build
errors to what is described in that article.
If i look at that package on build.opensuse.org, the builds for armv6l and
aarch64 seem to run ok, the build for armv7l is "scheduled" and the binaries
are a few months old.
Since i dont want to chase something that's not a problem with my OBS
instance or project setup, i'd like to know:
- Should a setup like that work at all (i.e. Kernel:HEAD for ARM in qemu)?
- Is there a currently a problem with armv7l in the official Kernel:HEAD
project (since the armv7l RPMs are so old) or with my OBS instance?
Any hints on how to debug this would be greatly appreciated....
Thanks in advance!
tty, axel

My home project builds and publishes for opensuse 11.4 updates.
Project meta file does not specify DISCONTINUED yet:
<repository name="openSUSE_11.4">
<path project="openSUSE:11.4:Update" repository="standard"/>
<arch>i586</arch>
<arch>x86_64</arch>
</repository>
Project overview still shows most packages built and published normally.
