did you enable it from the web UI?

If so: did you read the thread 'Branched project stalled' ? In essence: a bug at some points writes meta data in a cache, but not into a DB. the only workaround for now: use 'osc meta -e prj'

I should have checked this morning. Seems the 13.1 builds are happening now. All looks as expected. I do not think it had anything to do with me editing (or not) the meta data.
